I recently had the misfortune of visiting in and out tire shop] for some routine maintenance. Unfortunately, their negligence and poor service have left me with a damaged vehicle and a bad taste in my mouth. During the service, they managed to crack my rim, which is unacceptable considering the expertise they claim to have. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation. To make matters worse, when I picked up my car, I noticed that a part was missing. It became clear that their carelessness extends beyond just their workmanship. But what's even more appalling is that they stole some of my personal belongings that were left in the car. This is a clear breach of trust and a disgusting display of dishonesty. I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle to in and out tire shop. Their lack of accountability, poor workmanship, and dishonest behavior make them a business to avoid. *UPDATE:* I hope the google takes my complaints seriously and takes necessary actions to prevent such incidents in the future.

As a single mother who does not know a whole lot about car engines, I must say I am very blessed to have stumbled upon this gem. They are very professional and reasonably priced. I don't have to worry about being misled on what the actual problem is! I can't stand it when I go to the mechanic and What a relief! Highly recommend!
