The location is not convenient but this glass shop is fabulous!!! They always have the replacement window I need(4 times) and they are hella fast, efficient and they clean up my car perfectly every time. I love this place! Highly recommend.

I brought my car to repair my broken windows, after they repaired my window, it is bad quality. I talk to manager three time too, and asked him to reinstall the new window, unfortunately he refuses. Really? Is that your shop services?

I took my car to In N Out Auto Glass shop to repair my broken window, and after the repair was done, they scratched my car and installed the window incorrectly. I asked the manager to right it. I went to this shop over five times to ask to repair my car. The manager said I have to go his relatives' body shop to repair my car and I get an estimate for that body shop. I could not go to my preferred shop, only his SF body shop. He said it was his company policy, I offer to you to fix your car. I told him that it is not convenient for me to go to SF because I live in the East Bay. I told him if I accept going to SF, he has to pay toll fee and transportation fee. He also refused to pay rental car fee, and lost wages as my car is a commercial passenger car. Unfortunately, he said no and refused to repair my car. Really? Is he offering or forcing me? I filed a complaint to California Bureau of Automotive Repair and he agreed to the BAR Investigators to pay for my car scratch repair. After that he did not pay. The shop never contacted me to discuss about a solution. It is very important to know how shops handle these problems.

My whole experience was great, I needed a sunroof glass replacement. But they didn’t have it in stock, thankfully “Anthony” was helpful enough to order one to get delivered in less than a week, 2-3 days. Took my vehicle on a Saturday morning for my sunroof replacement. I was out of there in less than 2 hours, they have a complimentary waiting room. Overall very satisfied customer would definitely recommend.

These guys are great! Super friendly, fast, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I went in the middle of the week and was there for like 30 min to get my rear window fixed. Super affordable and straight forward.

the price is cheap, the service is very good, quick and fast, within an hour your glass is back to normal. They even clean all pieces of shatter glass for me. I am very satisfying with their job!!!

Car bipped 2x this year and came here. They took me in immediately, verified my insurance, and got it done with in 30 minutes. Staff are very quick, helpful, and friendly. They are also very transparent with any other damage done to the car if applicable.

After waking up to find my truck was broken into and contacting my insurance got a few names to call and I went with In & Out Auto Glass because they could see me immediately, which was huge. The staff were friendly and personal and the shop and warehouse was large and well stocked. Only mention the well stocked thing because I imagine they have most replacements for most cars in stock. The waiting room was quiet, reasonably clean and had full glass walls toward the shop so you could see when your vehicle was done. I brought a book to read, but after checking my email and making one quick call I was only able to finish the intro by the time my truck was ready. One final thing; I was trying to find a place in Berkeley because I really don't like the past apocalypse vibe of that part of Oakland at all and I was concerned about being down there. The location was very easy to get to, but was super sketchy looking, but the shop was the type that you could pull into their lot and there were several employees around at all times and the perimeter was tall metal fencing. Would recommend this place and suspect given the state of things in Oakland I'll probably be a repeat customer.

As all know Oakland is a crazy place to park, my Toyota Venza got vandalized, the rear view window mirror was smashed on Saturday 9/29/23. Today, while at work, I decided to shop around as I couldn’t wait for the appointment my insurance had offered to get me into ( which would’ve been Tuesday), I called the in and out shop at noon and asked for their price, (very reasonable price) told them I would not make to get to the shop till 4 pm. I was late, got to the shop 30 min before their closing time (to be precise got there at 4:30 PM), they fixed the rear view passenger window mirror in less than 30 min and I was out! They did a spectacular job and their customer service is excellent!! Their waiting area is very clean!

I had my window broken by a jerk and subsequently repaired by this company all within a 2 hour time span. The guys here were quick and professional. Their price was very reasonable. Never parking in Oakland again.

I saved 100 bucks compared with the place that my insurance suggested and the job was done without hassle. I was worried that the windshield replacement job could damage my all plastic BMW i3. In & Out Auto Glass knows their stuff and they even had the proper windshield in stock. Yes, they have a fully supplied warehouse. Thank you Gaylen!

This place rocks!!! Sadly, I currently drive a Hyundai which lately has become a target for hoodlums to steal. They smashed my window to get into the car. I called In and Out on Sunday morning and was told they can have the replacement the next day. They called mid morning the next day to tell me to come in anytime. They had the window replaced in a couple of hours. They vacuumed all the broken glass which apparently was part of the service. I was charged the exact quoted price. Don't judge the service by the location of the shop. Bring a ride if you want to drop off your car and pick it up when it's ready. They do have a decent and clean waiting room. The staff was very helpful.
