The only place I will take any of my Toyotas ! Took my 4th gen 4Runner here after it being broke down for a year . It had been to multiple shops before and kept getting misdiagnosed and still charged for it . Finally took it to import auto and they had it fixed within 3 hours of working on it . (I had been charged thousands at multiple other shops ). Prices are fair and good customer service. Just recently took it back for a timing belt / water pump replacement and once again they did not disappoint. As someone who rarely takes things to a shop because of past experience i highly recommend this one !

Jim and Ian are honest, and trustworthy Toyota and Lexus experts! I came as a referred customer, and will stay forever as a loyal customer. They fixed the issue and it’s done right on a blown Prius head gasket, then the windshield was cracked from the stress of the engine repair and they scheduled their windshield guy at no charge to me since it wasn’t in that condition whenever I dropped it off. Honesty, integrity, and reliability is a hard find in an auto shop in today’s world. I’m a new forever customer. Thank you guys for a great experience! My daughter’s car and my experience at your shop was amazing! Customer for life at Import Auto!!!!

Go to a real dealership, not this cut-rate back-lot circus. Said they’d give me $3k on a trade in and turned around not even 10 minutes later and said they could MAYBE do $1k

Jim and Ian are both wonderful courteous and knowledgeable they specialize in repairing Lexus and Toyota. I am pleased with the service I get whenever I need it. I refuse to take my Toyota anywhere else.

I called Import Auto after reading all their reviews. I never know who to trust my car with when it needs repairs but now I do! They listened to my concerns and what was going on with my car. They were accommodating with my schedule. They were quick getting my repairs done and had me back on the road in no time. They were knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire process. If you need people who are on your side to handle your vehicle, and you have a Toyota vehicle then this is definitely the place you will wanna go!

This may be the best mechanic I’ve ever come across. I brought my Toyota in here recently because I thought the clutch might be going bad and also sometimes when I tried to start the car, nothing would happen. Well Ian took my car for a drive and came back and told me the clutch was fine, and he showed me a trick to bang on the starter with a screwdriver whenever the car wouldn’t start (works like a charm). Best of all he didn’t charge me for any of it! It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days— I’ll be bringing my car here for any and all future repairs, that’s for sure! Thanks again Ian for your honesty and fairness, when it comes to mechanics you are one in a million!

Took two of my Lexuses (Lexi??) here and got great service. Repairs were much cheaper than the dealership and didn’t have to wait long. Told me what needed done now and what I could wait on and do in the future.

We have brought our Toyota vehicles to Import Auto for years because we totally trust them. We believe we get dealer quality service at a much lower cost. One of the repairmen, Ian, used to work at a Toyota dealer. Hands-down the best place to bring your Toyota for repair or service.

Awesome guys! VERY knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. I've never been to a shop where the guys didn't just assume I'm an idiot when it comes to knowing anything about a vehicle other than the colour: until now.
