Dan is the best mechanic I have ever had for my Range Rover. I'm a woman that knows zero about mechanics & he is always clear & honest about what I'm looking at & price. First of all the customer service is outstanding! They repaired my vehicle and did an outstanding job! Once completed they also made sure that my vehicle didn't have any issues. I love Import Auto repair! My favorite shop for my car needs. And a special recognition Dan for his amazing professionalism and dedication to providing great customer service. This is the ONLY place I take my cars. For 30 years I've been taking my cars to Dan. Including my mom's, sister's, and brother's cars. He is the BEST at working with budgeting and planning for effective car maintenance and makes sure to explain the immediate needs and future work that may need to be done. He has worked on both our diesel cars and gas cars. I also bring any used car I'm thinking about buying to Dan for a thorough inspection before purchasing.

Dan was quick, informative, and truly cares about his customers. He was able to let me know what the problem was and break things down to my understanding. I was referred to Dan by a dealership after I had bought an as-is Mazda 6 with an oil leak a few years back. Dan and his wife, Lisa were always very honest and happy to fully explain their reason for diagnosing problems and even providing pictures for proof and reassurance. As I had recently sold that vehicle and have been doing more work myself or going to shops closer to me I have not been there in a while but I am still confident they’re honesty and judgement holds up. However, I will be seeing them soon as I have a Mini that needs a fair amount of work done.
