Have been with Ricardo and Import Auto Experts since 2015 exceptional service and has always taken care of not only me but family and friends. He always takes care of my referrals giving them the same quality experience as I have myself experienced. Ricardo knows what you need for your vehicle and isn’t going to make you spend unreasonably even better he takes the time to educate you on your vehicle so you will be able to keep it running 10 years like he has been able for me and my vehicle . Import auto has always been super dependable and honest with his work. When the Subaru dealer wanted $9,000 for short block swap, while the engine was already out for valve spring recall work, import auto came back with a much better quote which included re-taking the engine out post dealer recall and replacing the short block then reinstalling the engine. WOW. Car came back and has been running great ever since. When my mini cooper “factory sealed”, “no maintenance” transmission failed into limp mode due to a single bad solenoid. Everyone else wanted to either replace the valve body $2900, or the whole transmission $10,000, when It just needed solenoids $220. I ordered them from Amazon. He installed them and now I’m back on the road again. Thanks import auto!!!! My goto for repairs. I’ve recommended Import auto to all my friends.

Highly recommend, very honest and fair priced. Took 2 vehicles there for diagnostic Mercedes c250 ( fuel and starting issue) and Chevy Colorado (running issue). Previous shop told me my high pressure fuel pump was bad 1k plus repair, was instead bad ignition coil $50 part which caused misfire due to oil in cylinder. As for the Chevy they found a fixed the misfire caused by damaged spark plug. Both cars issues found and fixed for under $500 and in 3 days

I called to book an appointment & was greeted over the phone by a friendly and professional voice. Our car was booked for an oil change and inspection while we waited. We were advised that both front and back brakes needed replacement soon. The only reason I did not give them a 5 was because I did not receive a digital inspection report as advertised

Ricardo was very nice and took the time to explain things and went out of his way to deliver more than what was asked. I just bought a used car and shopped around to replace the rack and pinion. Import auto came in at a very fair price and even threw in a free diagnostics of every thing to make sure I knew the condition of the car. Only thing I would say didn't go great was that he said he would call me after the diagnostics to give me any recommendations for maintenance. I didn't get a call but did get the summary at pick up. It would have been nice to have known I needed new spark plugs before pick up bcz I probably would have just asked them to do it then. Not a huge deal since they seemed busy and the diagnostics was thorough and was thrown in free. I will be coming back to get more work done and will be bringing in the wife’s car too for regular maintenance.

TOP-NOTCH mechanic! We have been taking our 5 vehicles to Import Auto Experts for at least 5 years. The service we receive is always amazing. They're super knowledgeable, professional and have the best prices in town. We have referred at least 20 people to this shop and every single person we have sent their way was very happy with the service they received. We almost always get our cars back the same day that we drop them off. Office staff is friendly and professional. The waiting room is spotless. Ricardo, the owner is GREAT! You won't regret taking your vehicles to Import Auto Experts, I promise!

They ran an inspection on my Jeep, thoroughly explained and answered my questions about the report. After discussing what needed done, and pricing, with my approval they proceeded on the repairs.
