I have been going to Craig for 10 years. He has always treated me with respect. He always calls with accurate quotes before doing the work. He never sneaks in extras or misleads me or my family about pricing. He fully honored his warranty on a refurbished transmission he hunted down for me when I was in dire straits. I moved 25 miles away and still won't go anywhere else to get my vehicles fixed. He has forever earned my loyalty.

The day before I was leaving for a trip, on a Friday, I discovered there was an issue with my truck. Craig and his mechanic,s got it in the first thing Thursdays and found out it was the torque converter. They were able to get the part and do the repairs the same day, so I could still make my trip. Fantastic job, very resonable, and great service. I would absolutely recommend Imperial, Craig and his crew. Thanks

Got a courtesy ride home. Repair ac in just a few hours, very satisfied with one year warranty. Can't see from the street ! Business should have signage or warn customers as Alma School is all congested due to road work. But A+ service.

The pizza is delicious. The staff is always helpful. We got there at about 7:30 and were already eating by 8pm. Great atmosphere. The pizza is a bit more on the expensive side but its worth it when in Sedona.

I am more than impressed. I was referred by another Customer because my Son was in need of a good Mechanic. He was beyond impressed by the service and price I was in need with my 2012 Chevy Camaro who gave me problems on my way to work. Craig took my Car in right away. I can’t tell you how happy i am. My Car is fixed and i saved a lot of Money by not taking it to Chevy. Professional Service and great customer Service. I waited a a few months to post but they did some great work. Reasonably priced and fast. They also were able to fully explain what I needed and why. I was also concerned with a hard idling engine and asked for a timing belt change but they refused and said it was the cheaper option of the engine mount. Earned my trust

There's no better place to take your vehicle than to Craig at Imperial. He's trustworthy, reliable, fast and always communicates clearly what needs to be done. The entire staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been taking my cars to him since the early 2000's and will continue to do so....as soon as I get back. See you soon C.

These guys are excellent mechanics! I have over 135,000 mi. on my car and it runs great- all because of them! They are honest and upfront with you and their repair costs are reasonable. I've been with them for a few years now. I'm a 63 yr. old woman who can truly say to others " I have a great mechanic"! (That includes ALL the guys there!) They have never overcharged me either. Can you tell by now you should take your car there? :)
