I was really impressed with the service and workmanship I was looking for a shop to install a Fass fuel system seen they where a dealer great service done in a timely manner and for a very fair price will definitely use them again in the future

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I work on the road and am constantly traveling the country. When I had a fuel leak 30 hrs from home I was forced to play the game of trying to pick a shop that would be honest and reliable, I brought my truck to 3 other shops across the country when I needed service on the road and was let down by all of them, either outrageous diagnostics or work not being completed and work not being quality along with the see through lies. Impact diesel was honest with what the truck needed and the time it would take to get it back to me. They went the extra mile of taking care of some minor issues and letting me know of other potential issues that they were also able to repair while they had it. The price of repair was also very fair and on a Quick Look under the truck I can see the job looks like it was buttoned up tidy as it should be. This shop should be everyone’s first choice!

Jeremy at Impact Diesel was amazing! Extremely professional and was able to service the truck quickly. Midway Chevrolet wanted to charge me an outrageous amount for a quick diagnosis. Jeremy was able to provide the same service for a lot less. Make sure to check out Impact Diesel before going to the local dealerships.

After taking our Diesel truck to a couple other auto shops finally we found an auto shop to resolve our overheating issue and get our truck back on the road. Thank you Impact Auto and Diesel. Impact’s crew did testing and provide us with proof of the issue with our vehicle. Provided communication throughout the repair process. Grateful for their time and effort.

2000 Jeep Wrangler - these guys are top notch! Had warranty work done on a new engine after another shop didn't come through. These guys found issues that weren't brought up by another shop (...AFTER install work was done) that needed addressing. Went out of their way for excellent service. Would give them a "10" if it was available! 👍🏻

Finding a qualified diesel mechanic for my 7.3 has been difficult to say the least. Impact Diesel has been the best find. Ethical, qualified, and fairly priced, I won’t go anywhere else now. They are extremely busy because of this so that has to be taken into account, but well worth it.

Knowledgeable, honest, and good at what they do! The only place we take our truck to in the valley. We had a truck go down during our move, they got us in, got the truck fixed, and managed to get it done so we could still meet our deadline. I can't believe the level of customer service we received, really went above and beyond to help us. We've used them for years, but they exceeded our already high expectations for them this time! Let me first just start by this place is top notch! I purchased my 2018 Chevy equinox turbo-diesel in October 2022 from a used dealer after driving it for a few months a gnarly whine started while accelerating. I went to get it looked at by the service department at the dealership as it was “under warranty” they looked at it and informed me my exhaust gasket needs to be replaced and quoted me $450+. Now February rolls around check engine light comes on.. I was thinking the worst, an expensive repair. My other half dropped my car off for the day at impact diesel and by the end of the day they not only saved me $300 or more for an unnecessary repair but all that was wrong with it was a couple bolts/nuts that were loose causing the whine upon acceleration. I may have found my forever diesel mechanic! Keep up the phenomenal job

The fellas at Impact Diesel accurately and promptly diagnosed and replaced a rear main seal and hydro boost leak on my 2007 5.9 Cummins. The communication was excellent, I was charged what they quoted and they took good care of my truck. I will use them again would recommend them to anyone!

These guys are awesome and 100% know what they’re doing. I brought my truck in after some unfortunate luck on my road trip from northern Canada to Phoenix. They squeezed me in and immediately found the problem was in the transmission. And since I was on a time crunch they had the trans taken out and sent to the builder within a couple hours. Amazing service and they had people coming and going while I was in the waiting room saying how happy they were with the work they’d gotten done. Fantastic shop and very good people there.

This is the only diesel shop I would take my truck. Mark and the guys there are the amazing, he tells you how it is and doesn't try and completely over charge. They worked over time to get me road ready to move a heavy trailer from AZ to Texas. The two times I needed Impact (almost 10 years apart same truck) they got me running Top Notch. Last time in was 3/23, truck is still running amazing.

Very good service. Very good knowledge base for Cummins 6.7 problems. Fast service and reasonable prices. Willing to spent extra time explaining the problem and the causes. I would refer them for your diesel problems. 3500 Dodge 6,7 duelly pickup.

I had my 05 powerstroke towed to these guys after the motor blew up on me. They are extremely knowledgable, and will do anything they can to find a solution. They were also really nice about keeping it there until I had to have it towed out of state. Ended up parting with the truck due to the cost vs going with a different truck. This is the only place i would take my truck hands down.

I took my truck to this diesel mechanic shop after a regular dealership couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. These guys were amazing! They really know their stuff and have great personalities too. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any hassle. Plus, their prices are great. I'm super happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled mechanic.

After getting taken to the cleaners by Bell Automotive, Impact Diesel cleaned up the mess we were left with. Marc and his remarkable crew kept us informed letting us know what they came across and getting my husband's approval before fixing anything. . By far the best diesel shop in the valley. They're efficient, prices are fair, technicians are always thorough. They'll tell you if you need something done, and will also tell you if you don't. I appreciate the fact that they're always looking out for future work that may be needed and may recommend to do something early or at the same time as something else to help prevent problems down the road. I drive about 30 miles one way to have my F350 services here and it is completely worth it.

I'm from Colorado, traveling to California for my job, Truck broke down outside of Phoenix, needed it as soon as possible. dealerships wouldn't even look at it. I brought it in to these guys, they did the diagnostics, figured out what the problem was. Turned out it was a few more items that were bad but they took care of it. They new I was on my way to a job and late. They took care of it, made sure everything was 100% before I drove down the road. Didn't want me to break down again. I highly recommend this repair shop. These guys did an excellent job with my 2000 24v Cummins when I was just trying to get home. It was the Wednesday before Labor Day weekend and these guys got me in and out by Friday. Vacuum pump seal, rear differential service, radiator, thermostat (all genuine Cummins parts), new belt and tensioner done while literally every other shop (called about 15 in Arizona and 5 in New Mexico) was telling me two weeks out. 5,000 miles later and it’s still in great condition with no leaks. Great work, highly recommended for any 2nd Gen Dodge Diesel owner!
