Very rude I took my car there to get it fix the first thing he said was started laughing and said who is paying for this what do you want me to do with this car very unprofessional. If you are lazy to the job just say u can’t do it. Then I took my car to different body shop they gave me the best price and it’s going be done next week.

I had my car repaired by Impact Automative LLC (2700 E. 6th Ave, Columbus,OH 43219) and I’m glad I chose them. They are above amazing -I got quick friendly service all around. Really awesome place. The owner of this auto shop Sergey Naumenko is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy, I want him to know how much I appreciate his attention to details. I give credit to the excellent work his people did. Thank you, Sergey, and your employees for doing an above excellent repair of my car. I will highly recommend this auto shop to anybody wanting to get their car fixed.

I was recommended here by my mechanic cause I needed a collision repair job and honestly the repair was better than the original! Lol I talked to Sergey who was very communicative. I would definitely recommend Impact Automotive to any and everybody and service is 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️. If you want the job done right the first time this is definitely the place.

Sergei Navmenko is an excellent craftsman. He made my car look like brand new. His price was significantly less than the estimatet an automobile dealer gve me. I highly recommend him.
