This is the shop you want to take your car too! They will take care of your car with an “up on the lift” inspection so you know whats going on. Then they will write up a what you will need list. No pressure! Great service! Also can pay over time with their Goodyear card. Highly recommend.

Did not find a solution to the problem. Just sold me an upgraded tire. So I am into tires for about 1100 that I did not need. Problem was a wheel bearing.

I'm not here to clear the air on ANYTHING cause I could care less. But if I wanted to get on here and say anything about "iconic tire", it would be why they didn't pay me my bonus that was owed to me before they FIRED me and then lied about it....... I'll wait.....

Let me be the first to tell you from PERSONAL experience. If you're looking to do business and save some money, and deal with HONEST people, this is NOT the place. From the corporate department down to the liars behind the counter when you walk in. I've saw with my own eyes and heard with my own ears, the manager trybto force a customer to get work done that they DIDN'T need. To the point where he goes back and tries to get the mechanics to take the car apart. So essentially you're gonna break something that isn't broke and then try to forcefully make a person pay for something that you intentionally damaged. The corporate part of the company does care either. I can't speak for all the locations but the one in Ahwatukee should be shut down indefinitely. I would never recommend such a shoddy place to anyone.

My second visit was equally as exceptional as my first visit Alex and his technician took their time with my automobile to diagnose it correctly and completed only the necessary repairs saving me money Alex has exceptional customer service skills and a true asset to the business. He went out of his way to insure that the repairs on my automobile were completed appropriately and his technicians were very skilled and professional All in all my first experience at Iconic was excellent and I plan to return and also refer my friends and relatives. A huge thank you to Mike! We recently were in need of a tire repair on our Yukon XL. We caught a nail in the tire and needed a repair. After installing our spare tire, we headed over to Iconic on E. Ray Road in Phoenix to see if they would be able to repair our tire without an appointment. Sure enough, they graciously took the time to assist us with the repair. They saw that we had an Air Force Academy license plate bracket on our vehicle. Without hesitation, they thanked us for our service. We are not military personnel but our daughter graduated from the Air Force Academy and he recognized her service and asked us to extend his appreciation! It is so rewarding to know that people are aware and appreciate others for their service! We had a great visit. We were greeted with enthusiasm. Well done, Mike and your team. We will be back. Great and fast service!!!. I have been taking my car to goodyear in FL for years and with our recently move to AZ knowing that Iconic Goodyear was close to our house just make things easier for us I will recommend Iconic Goodyear to our friends and I will keep taking our cars there for service.

My first visit was absolutely amazing! Michael, the gentleman that took care of me from the desk explained everything he was going to do, called me and told me it was going to be just a little bit longer and everything was spot on like he told me. They are one of the most professional auto body shops I have ever had the pleasure of needing to use! I'm a permanent customer now for life!

They put one of my tires on backwards and the manager Mike was incredibly rude and defensive when asking for clarification on information my mechanic had recommended I ask about. Wants to spout off about his 20 years experience but runs a shop that puts on directional tires backwards and apparently doesn’t tighten them down either based on other bad reviews of this shop. Funny you bad mouth other shops and mechanics with all these issues of your own. Lost my business for sure. Would recommend going elsewhere for tires.

They said it would take 90 minutes to do my oil change, and they were true to their word. Pricing was also much better than Earnhardt Ford.
