I can not thank this team enough for fixing my car. I had a "friend" who is a "mechanic" work on my car for a little over a year on her overheating issue. I did not know this friend was destroying my car for more money. I am a college student, so the constant money he was draining me of (the 'friend') was hurting me when it came to paying for rent, food, school, etc. My car ended up giving up about 2 weeks ago due to him putting in a bad head gasket, splitting my radiator in half, not properly putting coolant in my car, and a long list of other things he destroyed. I ended up calling my dad because of the constant car problems and I was fed up. He sent me to his friends at Iconic Tire. They assessed all the issues my car had and fixed them. John and his team are excellent at their job, providing customer service and explaining to me what is happening/ has happened to my car. They worked hard on my car to get her back to basically brand-new, and I can not thank them enough because this car is very sentimental to me. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and stick with them as my go-to for anything to do with my car. Thank you, John and his team, for all the work you've done for my car.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Iconic, and I can't recommend them enough! Chris at the counter provided the best service I've ever encountered when it comes to buying tires. He pulled up at least five different options that perfectly matched what I was looking for and took the time to discuss each of them with me. What really stood out was Chris's laid-back demeanor; he was easy to talk to and made the entire process enjoyable. He also informed me that all customers receive a free oil change during their birthday month, which is a fantastic perk! Additionally, the prices at Iconic were the best in town, making it a smart choice for anyone looking to save money without sacrificing quality. Comparing this experience to my previous purchases at other local tire shops, I can confidently say that Iconic will be my go-to place for tires and any future vehicle needs. If you're in the market for tires, definitely check them out!

I felt I got great service here. They kept me informed, gave me good details on what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done and didn’t try to over sell me on stuff I didn’t need. When you go in ask for Chris. He was good to work with.

Twice now I have received great service from Iconic Tire. I purchased a set of four new Goodyear tires at a very fair price And more importantly, trustworthy warranty iand service. They even helped me fill out the rebate form. One minor thing, the window sticker from my oil change had the wrong oil weight printed on it. I was told there was a glitch in the software, But that’s life with computers. I will be back for my next service and rotation.

Another Great Experience with John and the crew at Iconic Tire and Service Center in Mesa at Alma School Rd., just North of Guadalupe. They did a great job of informing me of the pertinent issues that needed repair or addressing in order to improve vehicle performance and reliability. I am especially impressed with the fixing of a front seat that required specialty skills to repair and safeguard. I can highly recommend John, Jason and staff to remedy all of your mechanical needs and concerns. "Thank You" Iconic !

As always. The mechanics pay. attention to detail. Sometimes they will find something wrong we weren't aware of! We totally trust them. I think we have been going to Iconic for at least five years. John the big head huncho (so)? Spends alot of time with us in the beginning and the end. He tries to explain in lamens terms what is wrong with the car and is honest if we can skip something that needs to be fixed because it can wait another time. His prices are reasonable. Also, him and his staff are very relatable! Word of advice,, if you stray you pay! I've learned my lesson the hard way and will never stray!

Dropped vehicle off at 0730am for a camber caster install and an Alignment only. A 30min to an hour long job. They tried to use cheap "Moog" products which broke and/or twisted as they were installing it. Even tho they charged me priumum prices for the parts but they tried to use a parts that were a quarter of the price I paid. So then they had to use quality parts to get the fix done. I received my vehicle at 1342 hours. Never coming back and that's a fact. Nothing personal just facts.

The team, prices, and attention to detail are the best. I have always purchased from the "other guys" and that all changed today. While I had been in before, today was for new tires on our Ford Edge. Their prices matched the rest, they completed work in a quick time frame, they even ensured my steering wheel was straight when no alignment was necessary. Free oil change on your birthday to boot! This team has my business for both rides now and forever! Thanks fellas!

They did a really good job on my 97 Dodge 1500 4x4.they helped me with my warranty on my shocks ( that didn’t come from them) they did a complete replacement of my front end and helped with the cost. I’m a kidney transplant patient and don’t make very much and they tried to make it as cost efficient as possible without cutting corners. I will definitely be back. Thanks again for all your hard work

DONT TAKE UR CAR TO THERE!!!!! I took my car there for a brake fluid flushing, hoping for a smooth service, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. The day after their service, my brake alarm started beeping and flashing incessantly. Concerned about my safety, I drove back to their shop two days later, hoping they could help. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was met with indifference and excuses. Despite scanning the code, they claimed they couldn’t figure out what triggered the alarm and refused to thoroughly check my car. Their lack of concern for my safety was shocking. To make matters worse, I discovered that my brake fluid level was way below the minimum line. It was evident that they hadn’t provided enough fluid during the flushing process. I had to spend extra money to buy brake fluid and top it up myself. I’m deeply disappointed by the careless attitude and lack of accountability shown by Iconic Tire & Service Centers. I spent more than $500 on my car at there. Their failure to take responsibility for their mistakes is concerning and leaves me questioning their integrity. I wouldn’t recommend trusting them with your vehicle. It’s not worth the risk to your safety and peace of mind.

I have never felt more comfortable at a service center than I have at Iconic. It was my first visit and l I was referred by my dad. I’m so grateful because Jason was amazing. Not once did I feel pressured to do all of the work in one day and broke it down for me Based on what he felt was important for my safety. He spoke to me on a level of which I understood and it’s the first time that I’ve taken my car in, but I haven’t been made to feel dumb. Usually in these instances, I feel riddled with anxiety but it was a completely different experience and they have a lifelong Customer in me now. Thank you Jason and everyone at the Mesa location for making today so much easier than I thought it would be.

The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. Respectful in the front and professional in the back. I was taken to the garage where my mechanic took my to my vehicle where we proceeded to inspect the vehicle together, as he pointed out what needed work and why. Can't BS anyone when you're looking at the issues yourself. Further still, the prices were the most reasonable around that I could find; and I spent most of the way looking for a decent place. Instead, I found a great one at a price lower than its competitors with superior results. I would have gladly paid more than I did for what I got. As I turned my ignition and proceeded to drive away, I instantly felt the difference in the quality of the performance of my vehicle, for the difference was that obvious. Robert specifically goes out of his way to ensure good work. I will most definitely return. Thanks Goodyear Team!

We feel our experiences at Iconic Tire & Service in Mesa, after 5+ visits, have been all around GREAT ones! Good customer service, with up front fairness and honesty in their diagnosis and pricing, for your vehicles needs. Friendly and courteous treatment with consideration to your needs and questions, and no pressure.They actually took us to view under our vehicle, in order to explain or teach us about the parts or the repair situation, that was needed. Also, if requested, they showed us the damaged, replaced parts. We really appreciate that, in an Auto Mechanic! We will recommend them to others, whenever possible.
