This review is based on an ac repair. I cannot speak to anything else. The reviews that think this business is fair and economical really need to call around. I had the displeasure of taking my vehicle here. My first clue should have been the "discount auto repair" and "10% off any service" on their sign and window. My second clue was a quote that was 40% higher than other shops. The third and final clue was the markup on parts. They wanted to charge $15 for a $3(NAPA) part. I'm all for the 15% that a normal shop charges, but 500% did not sit well with me. I went across the street to Larry's Auto Repair and had the work done for $115 less. Larry's even threw in the $3 valve. Stay away.

I was treated with respect and they were very knowledgeable of my car. I thought I needed a Tuneup since he did a good job last time but they said let’s run a diagnostics on your car. They came back and said it was a sensor. They also did a oil change and gave me a 10% discount on the whole bill They are truly a great company, and I recommend anybody to use them as their main maintenance on their cars

I installed my AC condenser but had a leak in the frion after the fact so I took it here. They reseated the lines and flushed/refilled the frion . Had vehicle done in 3 hours i appreciate you all .

First off, the staff are amazing! Wicked friendly and very helpful! Not to mention straight forward no B.S! I would recommend this shop without hesitation. I brought my Dodge Magnum Rt to them for a whole new a.c system install and a Power steering line replaced. Then true to my Luck, they noticed a hole in one of my AC lines. Helped me order the correct part and I had it shipped b4 I left their shop! It will arrive by Monday and they said they will get me right back in to swap it and recharge my system.Oh and they were very respectful of my car. I can hardly tell they had it apart which is a big plus. Especially with cars like mine, that are Starting to become Rare In good condition anyway. Thanks again Ice Cold Air !

Dishonest.. fraudulent.. Don't recommend.. go somewhere else. I think the owner has good intentions but his maintenance manager is not truthful about anything and he screwed up my truck !!! I've never seen such lousy workmanship !!! I was very patient over the several weeks and multiple times of taking my truck back .. just find a better shop to do work on your vehicle !!!

I'm so upset with what this shop did to my poor husband. He was so patient with them and this repair process drug on for nearly a month. We love our little Chevy S-10 (we call her the Green Bullet) and my husband has done so much to take care of his little truck. How sad it is for this fellow to mislead my husband about the repairs. This breaks my heart. I recommend you find another shop to do your work.

False advertising building say free A/C check they Automatically charge $200 they told me my compressor and condenser was bad and quoted me $1900 when I told them i was taking it somewhere else they got mad and very disrespectful. Every other Shop i called they quoted me Half the price . Very unprofessional business, did not even try working with me.

I brought my Porsche Cayman S in to the VERY professional staff at Ice Cold Air instead of to the Porsche dealership. They knocked it out of the BALLPARK when I had them replace the AC high pressure sensor (an OEM Porsche part that I supplied), evacuate the system and refill it! The work was done quickly and the price ended up being LESS than what they quoted over the phone! How often has THAT happened to you?! Had I taken it to the Porsche dealership, it would have taken me longer to get the work scheduled and done - and it would have cost me a WHOLE lot more for the labor and parts. All in all, I saved myself aggravation, time AND money by dealing with the GREAT folks at Ice Cold Air....and I didn't have to take it all the way to Ocala or Clearwater! I highly recommend that YOU give them a call - you're sure to get the same results!

UPDATE: Company reached out and did their best to resolve the issue. They couldn't refund any of the previous, but my mother only paid for the parts one the second repair. So they quoted $1700 the fully replace my a/c. A month later I sent my mother there to have a similar if more mild issue came up. They charged her $1900, didn’t fix it, and are now asking for an additional $1000 to fix a compressor they apparently never looked at.

They can fix almost anything on your vehicle. I have an old truck that I don't want to get rid of because I don't have a payment. They have managed to stop an oil leak, fix engine mounts, replace some other engine parts all for a lot cheaper than I would have paid elsewhere. They have a guarantee that goes along with their work, and they honor that guarantee. They are my go-to repair place.

Best auto repair shop in Crystal River. They do it all. And will save you time and money because their mechanics will identify and FIX a problem, and not just change parts. Saved me thousands compared to the tire repair place that said I needed all new brake calipers, rotors, and pads on my truck because one pad had worn more than the others.

Had the AC system repaired. Went to pick up car after hours, and the check engine light is now on. Since my ride already left. I drove the car home so I could hook up to my scanner. Car shifted had all the way home. Hooked up scanner. Puts up code for Mass Air Flow sensor. Popped the hood, sensor not hook up. Cleared code and drove car again cause of hard shifting. Car now shifts normal again. This is the 2nd vehicle I had to finish the repairs that they should of caught before pulling out of service bay. My other car.. hood wouldn't close after condenser was replaced and glove box with contents laying in passenger floor. Had to drive home with safety latch holding hood down so I could repair at home. No quality control by Management.

I had work done here about 4 years ago. Took it back a week later for a rattle. They said they didn't hear anything. Fast forward and the rattle was getting worse. Just had someone go in to fix it. The rattle? Where this company hadn't put over 1/2 the screws back. Shame on them!

Last june our ac didn't work. It'd blow out air but not cold. Took it in they said the whole thing needed replaced but they couldn't guarantee it unless we did the whole new system with a warranty. 1,795 later it still didnt work after we picked it up it blew hard and a little cool. We didn't have time to leave it again. We were out of state for a couple months when we came back took it back in they replaced the whole system again. It now worked but only if the temp was around 80 if any hotter the air didn't get cold. It still did not work wasn't very cold at all. Only at night when it's cooler. We go to south Carolina for a week and my old man and an old man that worked at oreillys saw a very small hose that was almost broke in half. He put a little tiny plastic cover over and taped it and now THE AIR WORKS GREAT! For free. After reading a bunch of reviews i see they do this a lot. This place is a scam they just tell everyone they need a new system to make 2000 off every person. It's Matt Smith maybe under Matthew
