Chris towed our vehicle, then wouldn't answer our calls when we tried to contact him. He eventually called us back two weeks later and tried charging us for all of the days that he held our vehicle. He was very rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. If you want honest dealings this is not your guy!!!

These guys seemed nice at first but every time I said the issue wasn't fixed, they got worse to deal with until I found out they didn't really do the work that I paid for. They are liars and scammers. Not only did they lie about work they were paid to do but messed up other things that were not wrong with the car before. They may tow you fine, but don't buy any vehicle from them or have them work on any vehicle. I had a friend that test drove a car from them that seized up on the test drive, but Chris still tried to sell it to him. They get crap cars and clean them up enough to sell them to unsuspecting victims. They need to be put out of business, so they don't scam anyone else. Please be warned!!!!

This man seemed nice at first when our car got a flat at around 9pm. He tried to help us with getting around, he said he would rather work on our flat IN THE MORNING which was okay fine. But then he had the AUDACITY to go to a whole other town and said he wouldn't be back until evening, so for the whole day we were without a car then when it got to around 8-9pm he tried to make us stay at a motel for another night. He even got into an argument with our Uber driver because he charged us $600 to change THE TIRE!! Not at all would recommend this man if you're stranded at night and are in a desperate situation. Absolutely cannot believe this was how he treated us when he seemed like a helpful guy. I don't care if he has helped others and they were okay with the overcharging but this was just beyond ridiculous and I hope that $600 and screwing us over was worth it to him and his pathetic family.

Honest and excellent work. I broke down on I-40 on a Sunday and Chris was able to take me back to his shop where he did all the repairs and got me back on the road. Easy to work with and trustworthy. If I never went back to Crossville, I'd be okay with that, but if I break down nearby again, I'm calling Chris.

Tonight I found myself needing to use my roadside assistance for a tow and this company accepted the tow and had a arrival time of 4:50pm which wasn’t met i called them at 6pm and was told the driver was on the way so i wait another hour and called back at 7pm and was told that he was going to call his brother and make sure that he recieved the text from him and then he would call me back and let me know that he was on the way i then never received the promised return phone call and the company then stopped answering my calls so i contacted my roadside assistance company again and they tried to also contact the company with no luck which lead them to end up canceling the service call with this company and sending another company out to me and that company was to me in less then an hour and the first thing that he said was that he’s heard dispatch trying to patch my service call out for hours and it was accepted only to not be taken care of I40 Bp towing is not a reliable company to use they had me sitting in the heat for 3 hours waiting on them to show and never did.

After being scoffed by the main AAA affiliate in town, we were referred to I-40 BP Transport. Let me say, these guys are top notch and I would highly recommend Chris over anyone in town. Although he was busy cleaning up a six car pile up, he still made it to us in relatively good time, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. This guy is about it.

These guys are lifesavers. Was on the side of the interstate with no gas. Tried getting AAA to come but it was no use. These guys came and helped out for a small fee and we were back on the road.

Is the worst place I have had work done new owners do not know what they are doing they wired alternator wrong and alternator has burnt up almost set my stuff on fire since new owners have taking over the shop they are not any good anymore don't use them if you don't want your stuff to be fixed

Had a total car emergency in the middle of the night. Towed us and fixed the car right up, absolute saviors. Could have charged us a arm and a leg but didn't. Good people, good service.

These guys absolutely saved me, they came out late in a bad rainstorm, my tire was shredded but they towed me to their garage and quickly had me set to rights at a VERY reasonable bill. They were absolute gentlemen, courteous and professional and I HIGHLY recommend them!!

They are absolutely terrible! We had a car sitting at a different shop and he went and got it and did not inform us about him getting it. He rolled down the window on it and after it sitting there with it down it rained and got all in the car. He said yeah we couldn’t roll it back up and didn’t even try to put a tarp over it. Then he held it for over a month and said he was going to start on it on Tuesday. Well a month later he hadn’t started. Finally got to it and told us the problem, demanded we come up there at 9 pm and said it was $1500 and he would keep them car. Obviously that’s a no go and we told him we need a receipt and said it would be $2200 on paper?!! Terrible business and I hope nothing but the worst for them.

This company is the same people that ran I40 BP Wrecker Service with such horrible reviews. Absolutely DO NOT trust them. Have EVERYTHING recorded or in paper from this company. You WILL end up having to take them to court. They will not work on your vehicle for MONTHS and then go back on the original deal. They will tell you one thing and then up their fees tremendously. It's not a one time thing people have reported this same behavior time and time again. Find ANYWHERE else to tow you or work on your vehicle. They do not deserve even one star.

Chris and crew are absolutely wonderful. They got my car out of the ditch and delivered it to my house. I went in the ditch about 1/2 mile from my house. I called AAA and there was a wait to be towed. Thanks to our local sheriff's office I was home safe. I didn't worry about the car. However, I went to bed and figured I start today to get the car out of the ditch. Well I got a phone call that they were asking for sure if they had the right place to bring the car to. They had the car on the wrecker and delivered it to my house bright and early. They were absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional! Yes, Chris and crew are now programmed in my phone!
