I have been going to Abdul for a few years now. I had taken my vehicle to the dealership & I was quoted over $5000 to fix an issue then a friend referred me to Abdul . He took one look at it and gave me a quote for less than $1000. I was blown away . He uses quality materials & will walk you through every single thing he does on your vehicle & follow ups with pictures & videos. Abdul provides Excellent & Affordable Service,extremely Knowledgable and always finds ways for his customers to save money. I fix it LLC has a customer for life.

I normally take my car to a big box named auto mechanic and I was told that I needed back brakes and rotors, as well as RR wheel bearings. The labor cost on this was almost double the national average. As a woman that has been burned so many times from mechanics I've learned to come armed with as much information as possible, like cost of parts, labor, turn around time, etc. I learned of IFix It! from my credit card company. I called and spoke with Abdul and immediately felt super comfortable so decided to bring my car to him. My husband brought my car and everything Abdul told me was the same to my husband. After inspection he contacted me and I actually needed a total brake job and he also let me know that all the other "recommendations" that my previous mechanic said were needed, were not. Actually he said my Subaru was in great condition, well maintained, and will last me years as long as I keep up with scheduled maintenance. I felt him to be super honest because he kept in communication with me throughout the repair, sending me pictures of parts before and after repair. OMG the total repair, was less than what.the big box name mechanic wanted to charge me, but I also got my front brakes repaired too for the price. After I picked up my car I noticed a shake and I called Abdul...he immediately told me to bring it back and also he offered to come and pick me up because I got scared. I brought my car back and he took it for test drive then had me test drive with him and actually all was well. LOL...he even got on me about stopping too close behind a car and explained why I don't want to do this. Super cool guy and I can tell he truly cares about others as well as his reputation. I found my new mechanic and I will tell everyone about him. Especially ladies because it's hard finding mechanics that we can trust. Thanks Abdul for being such a great guy...we will be back.

Had a unfortunate accident and pulled in the lot to get off the road and exchange info. Two men from the garage told me to get out of his lot if I was going to call the police to come to the scene. Really makes you wonder what they really do there that you can't even call the police for an accident report. Definitely tried to intimidate me into leaving. Funny they might have a customer since my mechanic died but would never take my cars there after that experience. We were not blocking your driveway and you were not polite. I did not raise my voice or really speak to you so we both know that what your response says is nothing close to the truth of what happened that day. You said absolutely nothing about a lot across the street just that I better not bring the police out to the parking lot of your business. It probably took a whole year for you to come up with that story.

What more can I say? A class First Gentlemen that takes pride in his work. Reasonable priced, nice, and very helpful. My wife and I travelled from Mentor, OH on a holiday weekend. When others couldn’t do it, he did it for us. We went to get two back struts on. We didn’t know we needed brake pads/rotors. He recommended them for the future. However, we decided now was the best time. He made time to fit that in too for us. On short notice, he completed all of the work with attention to detail and with quality work. We highly recommend this shop for top notch repairs at a reasonable price! Thanks so much!

After getting my front tires changed I was told my tie rods are going bad. I asked do they recommend a mechanic I was directed to ifixit. I came in told him the issue he was very reasonable and it was about 4p so he said I can bring it in the next day at 12 and he will look at it. I bought parts I thought I will need before going back. I get here and I was pulled straight n the bay. He let me know it was the outer tie rod. And he started doing the work right there! After 30-45 mins I was back on the road and omw to auto part store to return parts I bought and didn't need. This place is awesome. If you need work done at a reasonable price by a trustworthy man look no further

As a woman , we always feel vulnerable going to a mechanic because of our lack of knowledge when it comes to cars . There I was ... my car had a few issues and I fix it was one of the nearest mechanics to my house . Drove to him after going to another mechanic that was gonna charge me over $750 without parts ! He explained to me exactly what the issues were (not that I understood everything ) but everything made sense ! After I left he sent me before/after pictures , then told me my car was ready for pick up.... (less then 2 hours later)and only paid $380 no one has and will ever touch my car(s) after him ! As a woman ... I feel safe going to I fix it anytime my car has any issues !! Thank you for being such an honest man !

I'm so glad I found this place. Abdul is one of the few honest mechanics out there. He would rather have you as a repeat customer instead of getting what he can out of you one time. I was able to talk about cars with him, I used to repair my own but I'm getting older so it's great having a mechanic I can trust. He doesn't try to pressure, hard sell, or scare you into a repair. This is another local business you can rely on.

It's great to know there are mechanics out there that are not here to scam and cheat people. I had an entire engine replaced by Abdul and not only did he fix it quickly but he did it for over $1000 less then a competitor and about $4000 less than a dealership. He takes great pride in his work and is a man of his word. Update: it's been about 9 months now since I first met Abdul and I've had him continue to service my car ever since. Today, while getting an oil change Abdul noticed a man struggling with his bicycle. He actually stopped doing the oil change to help a a bystander. Some would be mad that it took an extra 5 minutes but I was amazed that he put money on the back burner to help a stranger in need. He's got a customer for life and you're doing yourself a disservice by not checking him out for your auto needs.

This is a true honest establishment, the mechanic that everyone is looking for! There aren't enough shops like this one, for sure! From the beginning, Abdul has been friendly, informative, and transparent about every step of the repairs. I brought in an old Acura that needed a ton of work without a clear idea of what all I needed but I was quickly oriented and walked through every detail, even ordering the new parts, so that nothing was done without proper understanding. Being so involved, I was able to have total trust, and when I got back behind the wheel it felt like a brand new car! Then in addition to the price being 100% fair, all of his work is guaranteed so when I had some extra issues with my air conditioning, he worked with me whenever I wanted to come in at NO EXTRA charge until the issue was solved. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. iFix-it ROCKS!
