SHADY, SHADY, SHADY. Do not go to this shop. They had my car for two weeks before presenting me with a very expensive estimate. I reluctantly OK'ed the service only to find out that they never opened the hood of the car. This was discovered when I called to check on the progress and he informed me it was something totally different from the estimate. What kind of troubleshooting is that? He even had the nerve to get upset with me because I took one of my additional vehicles to another shop to get repaired while my primary vehicle was at his shop. Last I checked, both cars are still mine and the decision on where I get them repaired is my decision alone. After 2.5 weeks at his shop, nothing was accomplished and I had to send a tow truck to get it and take it to a more professional and capable organization. Total nightmare dealing with that shop. Save yourself the time, energy and effort. And money!

Very professional and timely repair on my Mini. Tony and his crew repaired my clutch plus a few extra repairs and did it quicker and more importantly substantially less than what the dealer was going to charge. From now on repairs on my mini will be done at iAutoworks. Thanks again Tony.

I've been going to Tony after my warranty with the mini dealer ended and was looking for an affordable mechanic. I've been with him since- for at least 6 years. He is extremely honest and his work is top-notch--he used to work for the dealership in Dallas. My Mini runs well as he stays on top of any maintenance issues. Highly recommend!

Tony did an outstanding job communicating what was needed to be done. It was done in a timely manner. He helped me figure out a way to keep my total bill lower by recommending I find a used shifter in great condition. If my car ever needs more service that I can't do, I will be going back to them without a doubt.

My first time coming to I Autowork was right before Christmas. I brought my car in to get tuned and the owner, Tony, was very professional. He answered all the questions/ concerns I had, and I am very pleased with my experience and my car! This place is a small honest shop. Been going to tony for 2 minis now, he is a very skilled mechanic. Whats even better he is honest. The repairs may not be cheap, but he will not try and up sell you. He tells it like it is and can tell you whats the most important first.

Tony will be our forever Mini Mechanic. My daughter bought her first Mini. The first week she owned it, it started leaking oil. Dealer wanted to replace everything to fix this. Tony actually narrowed down the cause and fixed the problem. We saved over a thousand because he took the time and effort. Hard to find mechanics these days that actually care. Highly recommend.

I took the suggestions from other mini owners in my neighborhood and went to IAutowork for repairs on my 10 year old mini. Tony was flexible with my availability, friendly, very efficient and knowledgable and most of all fairy priced. I am happy to have found a mechanic I can trust.

Visited February 10, 2017; If I could give I Autowork more stars I would. Tony (the owner) is a fantastic MINI factory trained mechanic. He is a veteran of the auto industry who, unlike many mechanics, is extremely honest. He will give you a list of items that need to be addressed in their order of importance. This is very important if you are on a limited budget. Unlike the dealership, such as Sewell MINI of Plano (the former caretakers of my MINI), Tony has much more reasonable rates only charging $75 per hour for labor. I have also gotten oil changes done here, he charges $70 for the oil change ($40 for the oil (Liqui Moly) and oil filter; $30 for labor). What is even nicer is that Tony will allow for you to purchase accessories outside and bring them in to be installed. This is really nice if you ever are eyeing an amazing deal on brake-pads or something online and just do not have the time nor expertise to install them yourself. I Autowork is also very active within the Metroplex MINI auto-club, so if you are just getting in to motoring, he will let you know of some cool events that he will be at, and how to get more involved. As far as his lobby that he has setup for his customers, he has a television with an Xbox hooked up. To that end he has a wide variety of DVDs for the customer to watch as their baby has surgery. As far as payments, he accepts the four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as cash. All in all, this is the last mechanic that I will ever take my MINI to.
