I recently went to their service department to find out if they worked on MB Sprinter chassis (my RV needs work) and was told that they didn't. When I asked if I could talk to a technician, I was very rudely escorted out of the building. This is ABSOLUTELY NOT the experience that I was expecting from a Benz dealership. They have soured me on the entire brand from now on!

After reading some of the negative reviews I was very skeptical about my online order for my Benz. True is was a bit challenging navigating through the large Auto Plex but the operator got us to the correct division. The part was shipped out and i received it a day before I got the email letting me know it shipped. What they lack in technology they make up for in performance. I had a stellar experience and will order again from MBDirect.

I am firmly of the opinion they honestly do not care about customer service. The myth of impeccable Mercedes service is busted by this place. They ignore phone calls, texts, but yet charge far in excess of average prices for their average at best service. Mercedes are great cars, but this place gives the brand a bad name. I can not imagine the ownership group as a clue how bad it is.

Since our purchase our ML350 in 2014, Every visit to Husker Mercedes Service has been courteous and professional. Amanda has, for several years now, handled each service visit/issue with professionalism and offered detailed explanation of any "out of routine service" requirements. Even when our vehicle was in a serious accident and required a thorough mechanical inspection prior to any repairs being started to guarantee insurance compliance. As a Quality MGMT member of a global equipment manufacturer, I understand the mechanics and terminology of diesel and DEF systems as well as other mechanical systems of today's modern equipment. Amandas never fails with her attention to detail when explaining a issue. We have always seen Amanda as a trustworthy and great representative for Husker Service.

Amanda has zero interest in customer service. I had asked her numerous times to see if the Tech could even do the programming on my Mercedes. So when I show up and find out the Tech will not do the service it put me in a real irritable mood . Please keep in mind that I had the car on a trailer the car does not runT.hen she sends 2 goons out to the parking lot to tell me to leave that they cannot work on my car. Real class Amanda!!!real class husker Mercedes!!! Thanks for wasting my morning. Very unprofessional .

Initially I asked Amanda (services front desk), if i can get a loner vehicle until I get my vehicle back. Amanda said that they now charge "$50 a day for loner cars because customers neglect." After taking in my car, I brought the loner car question up again and then she said that she does not have any loner car for another week without mentioning anything about the cost. I called another Mercedes dealership to see if they were doing the same thing and they were not (Amanda's or Lincoln Mercedes services thing). While my vehicle was being checked, the insurance inspector showed up to inspect the vehicle. The vehicle was already inspected by the huskers mechanics, so Amanda decline the request of the insurance inspector to raise the vehicle again for the insurance inspector to check it out and take pictures. However, what she did do was sit with the insurance inspector and tell him that the issues with vehicles engine was not due to the impact and shared all the details without me giving her the consent to do so ( plus she is not a certified mechanic). The insurance inspector informed me that the case is being closed because according to the information that he had obtained from Amanda, indicated that the issues were not from the result of the impact. I called/texted Amanda and asked her what he told the insurance inspector and she confirmed the information ( also confirmed that the info to the insurance inspector was given without my consent). I then told Amanda on whether huskers services can give me in writing that the engine damages were not caused by the impact and she said "no, we can only give you the damages information and the cost." Then I told her if she cannot give me in writing that the engine issue were not the result of the impact, then why did she tell the insurance inspector that it was not? This caused a problem with the insurance inspector because I told him that neither him nor Amanda is a certified mechanic to sit and talk amongst themselves and then close the case after which the insurance inspector made the comment, "even if a certified mechanic would say that the damages were from the impact, I would not accept it and my decision will not change" (I have proof of this statement). I later found out that suspension was visually inspected and there was no alignment done on the vehicle nor was there a full engine check-up done to come-up with the conclusion that in-fact the damages to the engine was not caused by the impact. insurance inspector did another inspection after realizing his neglect and being advised by his manager (but nothing had changed (e.g. still no alignment, engine tare down) and his 2nd inspection does not mean anything because of the bias statement that he had made of not changing his decision even if a certified mechanic had disagreed with his conclusion. After further inspection, Amanda came to find out new issues with the engine after which she told me that it would be cost effective to replace the engine + the oil operator costing over $15k (2016 benz with 51k miles). Furthermore, because she had also made a statement during our conversation/text that the engine issues that she is seeing is common problem with the type of Mercedes that I have, thus I call the Mercedes Corporate to see if they filed a complaint to have such issues recalled (since she said it is common).. Mercedes corporate indicated that they had not gotten any complaints from her services. I told the corporate of all the given information and they put out a complaint for this Mercedes issue. (during the conversation, cooperate asked whether huskers services had offered me discounts on fixing it and I said NO). (Services main issues: breach of privacy, bias statements and after further checking lots of negative reviews from other minorities which they actually wrote down under huskers Mercedes and not under husker Mercedes-Benz service) (was without a vehicle for over a week): There is way too many issues with this transaction from all side and I am still thinking about civil lawsuit.
