During our 20 years in Boise, they were a port in a storm for us and many of our friends, always impeccably honest and extremely knowledgeable. I've taken my Volvo XC60 to Hurless Bros a few times while visiting family in Boise, and they've always been super helpful. Regardless of the issue, they’ve handled it professionally and made the whole process easy. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be my go-to spot for car repairs. Highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Hurless Brother’s for over 5 years now. Absolute best place to bring your European vehicle. If you were concerned about your repair, bring it to the Hurless Brother’s. You’re going to get the most honest direct answer possible. They’ll quote you before you leave the door and they stick to their quotes. I will not bring my car anywhere else ever. Unless I need tires, then I go Big O, right around the corner.

Best European Auto Mechanic in Boise! Well worth the appointment wait! I have taken both of my BMW’s in for service and troubleshoot. Have received a fair and reasonable diagnostic and repair. Wouldn’t take my BMW’s any other place in Boise!

Brought my ‘99 323i in to have it looked over and repaired, as it was a new purchase to me, having it gone through for engine reliability was key. It has a couple aftermarket suspension parts from all reputable manufacturers. I was told it was something they will not work in due to it having suspension modifications, even though it was there for engine diagnostic and maintenance. I was treated like I didn’t belong and talked down to the entire time. I am appalled and disgusted at the way I was treated. My family has taken their cars here for 20+ years. We will no longer be doing business with them or recommend them any further.

I have been taking my BMW's (3) to them for the past 8+ years. I have always been treated honestly and respectively. Just recently ownership changed and the level of customer service has not at all changed. Nick and Justin have been great. My 2007 convertible had a leak in the trunk from my hardtop, found it was the seal around my trunk. They repaired it and it is back to new. On top of this, I recently bought a used 2004 X5 which needed repair. They assessed it. They could not do the repair as they did not have the tools for it. They did what they could to assess and letting me know where to go to fix it was much appreciated. I have been to them for maintenance and normal wear and tear fixes on my vehicles and not once was I mislead, charged inappropriately or any negative outcome. I do wait for appointments for maintenance issues but that shows you how good they are. I will say when I had a breakdown due to something breaking, they were able to fix it without waiting. Fixing it within a day maybe two. I am grateful and thankful for their service. As long as I have a BMW and they are in business, I will be one of their customers.

These brothers have the best mechanical service and customer service in Boise. We have taken our Volvo's there for over 25 years. They are the best! They are also very busy! They are a month out now for regular appointments, but will always try to accommodate emergencies. They are the best - specializing in BMW, Mercedes, and Volvo. Yes, their prices have increased, but every place in Boise has. They are still the best place to get these 3 car makes serviced in Boise! Change of ownership recently but after a couple of service calls I'm still happy 🙂

These guys saved me when I was in a real pickle. Ready to leave on a our of state move, we are pack to the hilt and car breaks down. Car dealer cant help me for a week but these guys said if I can get car to them they will take a look. As luck would have it, parts were magically in stock and they had me in and out within 24 hrs. Absolute great people and so grateful for their assistance!

They are by far the best in Idaho. Best price per hour also! It's hard for people to understand how much better they are than Peterson's BMW . If you own a foreign car or truck like BMW, Mercedes or Volvo and don't take it here you're making a grave mistake. BEST PRICE BAR NONE.

This was the first time we went to Hurless brothers and were pleasantly pleased by the service and it was affordable. They were recommended over the Volvo dealer by the previous owner of my car and we can see why she chose to have all the previous repairs done here. Very personable and they knew which car was ours exactly and knew all the repairs done without having to even look at the invoice.

10/10 would recommend Hurless Brothers to EVERYONE. Justin, Nick, and Kim are the main people I’ve worked with here and I have had nothing but an amazing experience. My car had broken down 4 different times in the last 6 months. Each time, they have made an effort to get my car into their shop to get looked at and have saved me thousands of dollars. If I had to recommend ANY mechanic, it’s these folks. As long as I have my European car, I will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you Hurless Brothers!

WOW! Do we miss Brett and Todd! Customer service at its finest, communicated every step of the way, even with unanticipated delays. New ownership has tough shoes to fill. Had scheduled an oil change well in-advanced, dropped car off the night before, spoke with new owner early morning day of appointment to address concerns. It wasn't until much later in the afternoon that car was just beginning to be serviced, communication fell flat. Ultimately had to leave car for additional night for routine service. Inconvenienced. Things happen. Communication would have been appreciated.

There is no better place to take your car than Hurless Brothers! I'm on my second Volvo, and although I'm getting older, just like my car, it runs like it did when it was brand new. Unfortunately I'm not as lucky as my Volvo. All seriousness aside, I've gone to the dealers in town, as well as other mechanic shops, and nobody treats you with the care & honesty that Hurless Brothers does. Thanks

Todd and Brett are consumate professionals. They obviously care about what they do and the people that come through their doors, whether they be long-time customers or newbies like myself. They are quick to diagnose engine issues and rates are very competitive. I can't thank them enough for helping get my son's Volvo ship-shape and road ready. Highly recommended!
