If your car is overheating do not come here. I don’t know what mechanic shop doesn’t work with overheating cars but I was told they don’t do that type of ”work” then proceed to tell me it’ll be $100 just to look at it , why would you want to charge me $100 to look at it if you don’t know about overheating on cars. Bad customer service.

You can not find a better auto repair shop anywhere! PERIOD! Honesty ☆ Courtesy ☆ Efficiency ☆ Accuracy ☆ Price ☆ And since this survey only requires 5 stars I will stop there. (Because I have been a customer for over 10 years I have seen and experienced several other "star-studded" performances, too many to mention now.) Great asset to the community they serve.

Hoang is one of the best, fair, and honest car techs in Houston. I regularly have both my Mercedes serviced here because I trust his work, his reputation, and his crew's expertise. On my most recent visit, after them replacing the front right air suspension on my CLS ($1,100), my debit card chip was damaged and I didn't have any cash or other credit cards with me. Instead of them sending me home without my car until I could pay them (as most auto shops would do) -- Hoang told me to take the car and pay the next day. I assure you, no auto shop will let you leave without paying a $1K bill. But Hoang did. That's why I will always take all my cars to his shop. Hands down a true business man!

I brought my Nissan rogue to pump in conditioner and Hoang was very nice and got my car cooler within 30 minute waiting because I was walking in. I called a few places and Hoang gave me the best price.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I love, love, love, this place. So personable, knowledgeable, and caring here! As a woman, I never was treated as if I was ignorant, and most importantly, I’ve never been misled. A friend recommended to come here, and she was right!! My visit today at 10:20am on a Tuesday was an outstanding experience that not only exceeded my expectations but also offered exceptional value. From the moment I walked in, Mr.Hoang’s warmth, authenticity and welcome created an incredibly positive environment. He took the time to listen to my needs, as I tried my best to explain the car issues, and thoroughly explained the issues about the car, and proposed effective solutions without making me feel pressured. When I didn’t understand something, he would either draw it on paper for me, or better, actually show me what a drain plug looks like and how dirty my air filter was. I learned so much during my time there!! His transparency and honesty instilled a sense of trust, which is often hard to come by in the automotive industry. Moreover, the overall customer service from the entire team was remarkable. When Mr.Hoang said that my drain plug was stripped and hard to come off, he asked what I wanted to do and offered to keep trying to get it off, which thankfully they were able to! Through every step of the way, he was communicating with me and made sure I knew what was happening. The whole team was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The quality of work done on the car was top-notch and I left the shop feeling confident in their services. Hoang and his crew is honest, fast, and efficient. Prices are great and he doesn’t try to upsell you. I’ve been going to his shop since it first opened which has been over 7+ years for inspections, brakes, oil change, etc. Pretty much my go to place for any issues. Highly recommended!

Hoang and his team are awesome! They are all down to earth, HONEST, patient, reliable, diligent, HARD-WORKING and extremely fair. And that is not an over-statement. Hoang even took the time to thoroughly answer specific questions that I had about rims/tires, going above and beyond every step of the way. Highly recommend!
