Bad customer service, bad character and vulgar when cutting off my call

These guys saved my day! Had went to another tire shop and they claimed my tire was fine from cypress. Totally not okay, when I got here I explained to them how the other tire shop wouldn’t replace my tire bc they said it was fine but I was on flat when I got to HOUSTON USA TIRES. Thank God I found this place I’m a local inspector and I was working during the time so they did awesome in this cold they got down and fixed it no questions asked. They didn’t understand why the other tire shop didn’t replace it, they don’t care for customers like this tire shop! Both guys were very polite and helpful, 100% recommend them!!!
