I'm giving 5 stars today because I had a lousy morning and Walmart didn't have my tire size. Got a flat on I-10 and moseyed my way here, and after they opened the tech patched my tire and I got to work eventually. Pretty reasonable too. The patch might not last that long but it got taken care of and sometimes things just work out.

A scam of a business is all can really sum this place up to be. Over tightened my used tire, so when it went flat I could not get it off therefore I came here to have them take off the flat and replace with my spare since they had no used ones at the moment. After they put my spare on I end up buying a new tire from somewhere and that place told me that they could not take off my spare because whoever installed it had tightened the lug nuts way too tight. I try to take it to discount tire to put the new tire on ane they tell me the same thing. So I finally go back to these guys since they were the one who installed it in the first place. The guy then tries to take the spare off and breaks my lug nut completely off after I told him it was on too tight and would not come off. He tried anyway and broke it, then goes tocget the owner who tries to refer me to a mechanic he knows but doesnt offer any compensation all he could say was "sorry man" so I am currently waiting on the police to arrive and will be filing a report for my damaged vehicle and will never come back to these guys again. Terrible just terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When other places could not repair my tire, they got me in and out of there quickly and with my tire repaired for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back!

Would give zero stars if possible. Terrible experience from start to finish. Tried to overcharge me for one used tire and scam me for a tire stem. I asked for them to put my original tire back on before any work was done and they refused. Things got so bad I had to call the police. The officer got them to do what I had been begging them to do for over 30 minutes. Ended up going to Firestone and getting a brand new tire. You get what you pay for in these kind of shops. Additionally Firestone said nothing about my tire stem. A bunch of scam artists who think they can take advantage of women.

Martes/Marzo/12/2024 esto pasó la tarde de este día…. Súper MAL SERVICIO 😠 si pudiera poner 0 estrella con gusto lo haría,mi esposo tiene una llanta pinchada y le urgía arreglarla ya que tiene que trabajar el siguiente día y muy temprano, llamo antes para asegurarse sobre la hora que cerraban, la persona que respondió le dijo que a las 6:45 pm. Era la última hora que arreglaban llantas y el corrió hacia el lugar llegando antes de las 6:45 pm. Pero al llegar a allí le dijeron de que no se la podían arreglar que porque ya estaban recogiendo sus cosas y habiendo como 5 empleados más y todos rotundamente le dijeron que no se la arreglarían 😠 Uno de ellos le dijo a mi esposo que si le podía poner aire a su llanta para que pudiera regresar a casa, se metió al lugar y nunca más salió de allí 😡 mi esposo no quiso seguir esperando más y como pudo regresó a casa con la llanta mala 😔 No se porque no leímos antes de ir todos los reviews de este lugar ya que veo que lo mismo le a pasado a muchas personas más!!! Mi Recomendación es que NO pierdan el tiempo yendo a este lugar 😠 Mejor démosles la oportunidad a otros lugares que realmente quieren trabajar no a estos buenos para nada!!! 😡😠

Siento mucho que el dueño de este lugar pierda mucho por culpa de los empleados pocos responsables que tiene!!! Era mi primera vez yendo a buscar servicio de reparación de llantas en este lugar, llame antes de ir para asegurarme sobre la hora de cierre y me dijeron que a las 6:45 pm. era la última reparación! Llegue al lugar a las 6:40 pm. Y todos se negaron arreglar mi llanta porque según ya estaban cerrando el lugar y habían como 5 empleados más y ninguno de ellos quizo ayudarme!! NO pierdan el tiempo yendo a este lugar donde no son profesionales y tienen un mal servicio al cliente.

Awesome tire shop, very friendly. I went in because of a nail in my tire. Turned out the nail didn’t cause a leak, didn’t need it repaired. But if I need a tire shop again, will definitely stop here.

Bought a tire ended up having a tear on the wall,refused to fix the situation or give me a refund ,I’ve come multiple times and never had an issue the owner was very rude and unhelpfull

I went yesterday to get my front tires balance, they did it and after I left I realized one of the tires went flat because I had a sharp object, it was curious and suspicious I when I got there I demanded to check the tires. It was big enough to see it on the floor so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t my fault after I left. So I had to pay them for the tire repair. There were cameras indeed, they showed me the videos but there’s blind spots and they know where the cameras are located. That’s fine, I just won’t go back there ever

No vengan a este lugar. Pague por una alineación y los supuestos mecánicos no tenían ni idea de cómo hacerlo, las lecturas quedaron en rojo todas y decidieron no entregarme el reporte. Muy mala atención y los empleados son maleducados. Una experiencia decepcionante.

terrible attention and the work done very badly, they left loose nuts and damaged the screws, talk to the owner and he says that he cannot take responsibility for the damage. ok prepare for a lawsuit for damages and negligent labor.

Support local hardworking professionals and not ridiculous chains! We came to this shop specifically and drove 2hrs. Amazing professional team, manager and owner. Came in to do many jobs here - oil, tires, alignment, ac air compressor installation. Everything was done super fast and with great quality. 100% recommend this shop for any of your car needs for sure even if it's a bit out of your way - it will be worth it. Wow I totally recommend them! what a nice, professional, fast and reasonably priced place! Everyone working there was so so so good. Went there with no appointment, with a lot of auto work to be done and they did an excellent and efficient job! Pricing is so reasonable and economic! All in one day! We all win going there!
