Prices were ok. I got rims and tires from them and one of my tires doesn’t hold air despite no damage I can see when I take the wheel off. Called to ask if they had any warranty’s to replace it, they said they offer a $45 road hazard one at purchase time (I wasn’t offered it when I purchased my stuff). Normally when I’ve purchased tires they have come with a tread warranty for problems like the one I’m having. Now I have to buy a new tire (somewhere else). My rims and tires are only 7 months old and I don’t even drive the car that much. Just a little disappointed on the customer service.

These guys are awesome!! Best wheel shop in Jax hands down. They have the track record to prove it, just look how long they have served the Jax area. Very knowledgeable, friendly, excellent service at great prices. If you have a JDM car these are your guys!!

This place is a joke!! If I could leave a zero star review I definitely would. First off, I brought my vehicle in to get some wheels and was told I could go with a 22inch staggered wheel on my Alfa Romeo Stelvio, so I did because that’s what I was told I could go with. Upon picking up my vehicle after it was done I noticed that someone had driven my vehicle and beat the piss out of it on their little gallivant drive. When I brought it to Omar and Ben’s attention I was told that was ridiculous and was talk to like I was dumb but the proof is in the mileage and the fact I was missing half a tank of gas… so if you have a nice car, don’t leave it with these guys, they will test it out for you! Then after I left and got on the highway, my suv shook so bad the passenger seat was flapping like a flag in the wind. I took it back the next day for them to tell me they forgot my hub centric rings… how do you forget to put something on? Isn’t that you job?? Then after driving it a few times, which this is not my only vehicle and I only drive it about once a month, only had about 18k miles, I noticed it wasn’t driving correctly. I tried to figure it out myself and was unable to so I had to take it to the dealership and the closest dealership is Daytona. They ran diagnostics which I had to pay $350 for to find out the wheels won’t work. I can’t have staggered wheels OR 22s. The dealership told me it was causing the computer to shut down my awd and this was causing damage to my front differential and transmission. I contacted hot wheelz and got nothing but the run around. They wanted proof so I sent the diagnostic report from the dealership and that still wasn’t good enough smh. How much more proof do you need?? Absolutely ridiculous. Their policy, which they will repeat to you a thousand times while you are on hold, states that they stand behind their work… not if you have any problem whatsoever. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone and if you have a nice car, again, don’t leave it with them, stay with your vehicle. Now I’m paying on a vehicle I can’t even drive, doesn’t get much worse than that. Make sure you do your own research if you decide to go with this joke of a business and find out what will fit on your vehicle because they obviously don’t know and don’t care and won’t do anything to help you when your vehicle won’t drive anymore. I will be including the diagnostic report. Horrible customer support!!!!!!!!!!!! Update: After seeing Ben’s response, first off REAL professional lol but I have text messages from Omar telling me to go with 22s over 20s that they would “sit perfect” and that he’s talked to another company and they do the setup all the time without any problems… On a quadrifoglio which I do not have. The quads come factory with staggered wheels, not mine. I will be contacting an attorney and ALL the text messages will be provided showing that I was told they would work and also that I had no idea what would and wouldn’t work. I guess the printout from the dealer was lieing too, right? Just proves how big of a joke YOU and your company really are!!! Added a few screenshots from mine and Omar’s texts for you aswell. I guess Omar was lieing too right Ben?

Had an issue with my center cap, but Omar was amazing at resolving the problem. They set me up on my new set of rims and I couldn't be more happy. As long as Omar works there, I will continue to give them my business.

Omar and company have been around a long time and have been doing a fantastic job caring for cars in Jax. They won't sell you any wheels that look bad on your car. They got great prices and are very knowledgeable on what sizes are needed to for fitment. I came in with wheels I bought from someone else and had no idea what size tires I needed for my car. I was able to get a great set of tires for fitment, a great price, and an alignment to make sure they last. I recommd them to everyone. Just ride by and look at their work... They got you covered from BMW's to donks... and everything else you need.

Very nice place to get your rims an tires at a reasonable price.. The only thing when I went back to get three new tires the guys in the back didn't put no caps on none of the new tires I got an they kept all my lug nuts that go back on my regular tires

Ben and the team were awesome to work with! Found wheels and tires that I loved within my budget. Their prices were as good or better than the online shops. I went with a 2” front leveling kit and 265/70/17 all terrains. Got exactly the look I was going for!
