Took in my 2004 grand marquis in for Ac work replaced compressor and hoses. Next day still was not blowing cold, so took back and Rick the owner apologized and said he would make sure to fix the problem and it was taken care of. Will be a permanent customer.

Do OUTSTANDING work! Devised a plan and budget that I could live with, to do maintenance @ 100k miles on my car. When I thought something was wrong, they checked and it was a loose cable and didn't charge me! Can't say enough on how hard they work and how WONDERFUL they treat their customers. Even got my mom to use them!

These guys are awesome. Everybody needs a mechanic and shop they can trust, and these guys are it. Hortons auto repair is honest and a fair and competitive price compared to other shops hourly rates. They always call and keep me updated and informed while the work is being done.
