Terrible customer service

I arrived at 830am appointment to get loaded. They were done at 130pm. It took about 5 hours to hand load a 53 foot long trailer.

If you're a trucker getting loaded you will be there for a while but the guys where all cool they treated me like a human being a lot of places are terrible to truckers not these guys they are professionals.

If you are a local driver you have to help load their tires onto your truck. Even though they have people just standing around while u work for a company your not employed by.

5 hours to get loaded.............

I got here a day early, after the warehouse personal was gone. They let me sleep in the yard , at the door I was going to be loaded at. Takes about 3 to 4 hours to get loaded, which is expected when hand loading tires.
