Eddy and the whole team at Horizon Auto Repair are amazing! I had neglected my car for a very long time and brought it in for a 100,000 mile checkup after seeing their reviews and a conversation over the phone with Eddy beforehand. He called me back the next day and gave me a full run down of the issues along with pictures and was very transparent and helpful throughout the whole process. Their prices are very fair for their work. It is hard to find good, solid, high quality, hard working, and honest mechanics anywhere, but I can assure you that Eddy and his team are all of those things and more! I will be a customer for life and I would 100% recommend this repair shop to anyone looking for an honest and thorough shop. Thanks Eddy and team!🙏🏻

I had a great experience with this shop! Eddy was prompt with answering the phone and kindly waited over his normal business hours for my towed car. He sent me pictures and videos of the problem and fixed my car in one day. It’s very helpful that he works on Saturdays. I got my car fixed and ready for work on Monday. He deserves 5 stars and more!

This mechanic shop is truly excellent - exceptional care, and you can tell the owner has such an honest and kind disposition. Horizon was amazing! Eddie was so accommodating in helping me out of a bind. He stayed late Friday night yo receive my car from AAA and worked to fix my car on Saturday. I was from out of town and had just arrived in SF Friday later afternoon and needed to drive back to LA on Sunday. He was terrific and I wish that he was in my local area as I feel like I can trust him to be my go-to mechanic. He was professional, super kind and hardworking. A+++++ service!!

You're going to pull up and think why am I in this messy garage but let me tell you Eddy and his team are extremely nice, fair priced, and knowledgeable. I came in about noon during a road trip with some noises and they were able to accurately identify the problems within an hour or so. I've had those problems fixed before and can tell you his prices were fair and pretty comparable to anywhere else. Somehow they got all these issues fixed the same day with no other problems encountered after another thousand miles put on the car.

Took my car in for brake job and engine work. Eddy was very friendly, sent photos and recommendations. Showed me the parts he replaced when I picked up the car. Work was done in one day for the quoted price. Excellent work and an honest mechanic. The shop is secure and has cameras everywhere, so no concerns with leaving my car there. Definitely will be my go to for future work.

Eddy is quick, reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced. He fixed our flat tire the same day and didn't overcharge us - he said we could fix it instead of replace it. He also took care of a scratch on the side of the car for free. Thanks Eddy!

Dropped off the car the night before and got a motel room. Upon returning to the shop the next day they had it up on the lift and knew what was wrong with it. All I had to do was say yes to get the work started. Thanks guys. Your the best. Oh, and there was this antique car in the shop called the Excalibur in extremely nice condition. Well worth the time to check out.

Lovey experience. Our car battery was dying late in the afternoon on Saturday. I called and not only were the only folks who picked up, but when reception got bad and the call got dropped, actually called me back!! Upon arrival, they were so nice, immediately checked everything and made a sound recommendation. They replaced the battery all for a very reasonable price. My husband was in and out in time for dinner!

Went to Horizon Auto for a few regular repairs over time. Very honest, never felt like I was being over-charged or that they were looking for things that needed "fixing". The team always fixed my car in a timely manner, even helped pinpoint some hard to diagnose issues that even the manufacturer couldn't help me figure out. Overall would recommend.
