Great job on my jeep wrangler. Engine noise fixed, they explained everything, sure is it was more than just a noise, but they were able to find the problem and fix it with really convinient price and reasonable time wise.

Horrible experience, paid over $4000 to get some oil leaks fixed and my car is still leaking not to mention it took close to 2 months to receive my car when I was originally told it would be 3 weeks at most. Did not receive any updated unless I called to ask about to car and even then I was lied to about the status . Don’t waste your time or money here ,

Mi esposo compra y vende carros en mal estado y siempre lo lleva a Horizon auto cline y lo deja la jalando bien los clientes de mi esposo nunca le an reclamado por un carro malo al contrario le piden recomendaciones para mecánicos y él los manda para aya y nunca le an dicho que le cobra caro ni que son malos mecánico ellos tienen respeto y muy buena comunicación le dicen detalle a detalle el problema de su vehículo

Siempre e llevado mis autos y mis trocas y nunca me cobran tan caro como en otros talleres y no demora mucho según lo que tenga el auto pero son excelente trabajadores y muy honrados los recomiendo y si hay malos comentarios es por gente que nunca lo quiere ver bien alas personas buen día y bendiciones

This place is a scam. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP ! Same old story that the computer is bad gives a very high price to fix. Even though we agreed to pay, the car has been sitting for 2 months already without any updates. Hopefully, I don’t have issues picking up my unfixed vehicle and with a refund, because I would take the measures needed. Evite problemas y busque otro lugar donde arreglar su auto. Aquí no son honestos y buscan la manera de estafar al cliente. Muy mala experiencia.

Lleve una camioneta para arreglar unos amortiguadores y me la entregaron toda desconpuesta y con todos los sensores predidos no son mecanicos no saben trabajar y cobran muy caro no ballan a ese lugar no lo recomiendo el chaparro ese no sabe trabajar

El peor taller en 5 meses nunca hizo nada y otro mecánico revisó mi carro y este señor ni aceite le hecho el carro está todo mal conectado desconectado aplastado porque este taller no se que tanto le hizo. Aparte que te estafan con lo que cobran tengan cuidado porque no es un lugar confiable y miente. Me dejó el carro peor de lo que estaba

I was initially happy with a repair done. i explained to the owner the exact electrical issue with out truck he told me they could repair there that he had a guy that works on those issues. that same day our vehicle was towed there this was first week in August. After waiting calling giving benefit of doubt as we understand life happens. in about October I paid for computer waited again called was told I'd get update in about December he calls tells me it's repaired and running. but that initial quote changed and now added tow fee to and from New shop. I immediately became upset as I was never informed of this change he refused to give me written estimate and refused to give me name of shop where truck was taken. clearly upset I demanded more information he declined. we ended up going with an officer concerned they finally gave us name of shop and refunded our $$ . we went to new shop paid alot less and was told that they notified the initial mechanic of additional work that was needed. this was more infuriating as clearly we would have lost alot of money with this shop and their lying!! they are absolutely not trustworthy at all. Just an FYI always get a written estimate from any mechanic the officer very clearly said we had a good case.

As a female we are used to be taken advantage of when it comes to our cars. I know I been taken advantage of until I went to horizon auto clinic. I was treated with respect and was explained what was needed for my car. They are honest, and had my car fixed by next day! Thank you for your service! I will continue with them.

Beware of this place. We had a problem with our car's water pump that took 5 days to repair. Once we got the car back we noticed it began leaking transmission fluid. There were no issues with the car's transmission before. Now we being asked to pay for the transmission repair that wasn't there before. This shop has had our car for almost 2 weeks now and has inconvenienced us greatly. We're hoping that this business improves on how they service cars in the future.

Excellent service, they detected why the check engine was on and they solved it, in addition to maintaining the brakes and detecting a fault that would be something serious in the future, it was also an honest and not expensive service, I recommend them.

These guys got us in late in the afternoon, right before closing and got our brakes done at a super reasonable price. They worked late the night before Thanksgiving just so we had a car to drive. Haven’t seen customer service like this in years. Thank you. The Stearns family.

Took my truck in to check out a oil leak, nobody knew what was wrong with it, they were just guessing, ask them to give me a quote to get it fixed they said they would give me a call and they never did. Hard to trust a shop that doesn’t know how to properly diagnose a issue with your vehicle, it especially unprofessional that they never followed up. Seems like a lot of businesses in EP don’t want Business. After calling a few shops that were either “too busy” or to lazy to help me out I found someone who knew what was wrong and got my truck fixed.

i took my bc it didn’t started or crank, but all lights and radio turned on, they told me they reset the computer and that the problem was fixed, it only lasted me a month and it happened the same thing again, and this time they told me my computer was needed to be replaced and harnesses were fried, almost 600$ to fix that, and i just showed up and took it somewhere else bc felt that was not it, and the computer wasn’t harmed at all and i only spent 100$ to get it fixed, only harness cables were replaced and my issue was fixed, dont recommend this shop.

I am so disappointed with their service, they took too long to fix it, left me struggling without a car, car was not fixed right, way over charged me $1860 for 4 censors . I had to take it to another mechanic to get it done right. I definitely do not recommend. Be careful

These mechanics came through big for us today! We stopped to get breakfast before getting on the road this morning and the window to my car didn't want to roll up! The motor completely gave out. We have a baseball game tonight at Rocker B and we were in Horizon. I called them and they told me they would look at it. Even though it was a little more complex because I have Mercedes they tried different things to fix it to get us back on the road for now and will order the part to fix replace the motor next week. They could have totally just turned us away but they didn't. I'm so grateful for them! They will have our business for a lifetime. If you need a mechanic, please consider giving your business to them! Edgar and Oscar, thank you so much for saving the day!!
