Hood’s Etc. took care of my front fender repair cheerfully, professionally, and efficiently. I had to wait several weeks till they could schedule me in (presumably because they are so popular), but they had preordered what they needed, and I had my car back on the third day(!). I also appreciated how they interfaced with Enterprise, which furnished me with a rental for the three days. Hood’s took care of all the insurance approval and paperwork; I just paid my deductible and drove home. Oh, yeah: I’m also very satisfied with the work they did too!

It’s simple. They do the job right. Looks new and works correctly (e.g., window, locks, mirror, fit and movement on drivers door repair). You can’t find a difference in the new from the factory paint - spot on match. Like it never happened.

FAST friendly repairs on my Prius. Very man at front counter (owner, I think) ordered the parts and a few days later installed in a matter of a couple hours. They went out of their way from any body shop I have ever dealt with. (And I’m 70+years old) Outstanding quality service at a very fair price. Nice clean facility. I would recommend this business to anyone. If I need any other body work on my car or truck, I would not hesitate to use this company again. They came highly recommended and I see why! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. 😁

The repair was estimated, an appointment was set, and a completion date was set. There were no delays and no hiccups. Everything worked just as they said it would. Best repair service at an auto repair shop I’ve ever had!

Absolutely amazing experience! Stopped in to see how they would handle some damage on my bmw back hatch back, and so nice and friendly. Great and fair price. Also could get me in within 2 weeks and would have done in 3 days from Start. Had seen one other company and they were higher and wanted a week of more!!! Hoods and their owners and staff are incredible.

I damaged my Tacoma off-roading and found Hoods, etc. through a Google search. The high ratings brought me in, and the awesome repair had me leaving as an extremely happy customer. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were communicative and FAST. All of my concerns were addressed, and I left hoping to never HAVE to come back but certainly will for any future vehicle repairs. Highly recommend! (Photographs attached)

Recently took my ‘19 Silverado for a dent repair. The trucks is my favorite vehicle ever and I trusted Hoods to do it right!! They exceeded expectations! Workmanship was perfect. It was completed quicker than anticipate and they even washed my truck. Highly recommend the folks at Hoods etc. on N. Dodge Blvd., Tucson.

This was a great experience! These guys repaired my rear bumper after an accident. They were thorough on inspection and my car looks like new. The gentlemen who helped me were professional and smart. I appreciated that they text you with progress and anything that comes up. Highly recommend them!

If I could give this place more stars I would. They are very professional, and their service overall was excellent. They kept in close contact with me and did my repair job very quickly. My car also looks perfect! In addition, they coordinated seamlessly with the car rental place. Totally recommend Hoods!

They are AMAZING. We were under a 2 week time constraint before I left town and they were very busy but our guy JC fit us in anyway and took the time to help us out. They have exceptional service and do a fantastic job. This is the third time we have used Hood’s in the past 5 years and they have been fair, honest, hardworking, and wonderful overall. We don’t use anyone else in Tucson! These guys get the job done and done well!!

Impeccable work! This shop was fantastic, start to finish. They were prompt with communication, estimate for timeline of work was bang on. This is the place to go to, hopefully I won’t see them anytime soon; but good to know they’re there if I need them again.
