Went in with several problems another provider had estimated. Honest1 did a diagnosis and none of the problems was accurate. Repair was done during diagnosis with a total charge of $92.88. Estimate from the other company was $2,404. I will only use Honest1, as I found that I can trust them and their skills to take care of my special car.

These guys got me in on a Saturday with a much needed fix while on travel down here in the area. Kevin was professional and helpful, prices were honest and fair. Will definitely go back to them if I have more issues during my long visit to Tampa. (2014 Prius)

I googled this company. The reviews definitely match their service. Kevin was incredible beyond professional, personable, and very informative. He went over everything that they were going to inspect very clearly very efficiently, and there was not a question that needed to be asked after he went over everything with me. There was a shuttle service that was not operating that day and he kindly offered and paid for an Uber he scheduled for pick up to go home as well as an Uber to retrieve my vehicle after completion of the job. I will 100% be back here. The customer service & quality of work is outstanding. The location was incredibly clean and well kept. They kept me updated from the time the service began until the time the service was concluded. Everything was so well thought out and organized. This is truly an excellent company.The coffee was amazing for such a chilly day & just a very welcoming and professional environment. He even walked me to my car and thanked me and they left a snack on my steering wheel, which was just so extraordinary I highly recommend this company. Kevin and his team were incredible.

I was charged for a diagnostic that I didn't ask for and didn't need as I knew what was wrong with the car. The manager acknowledged my ire and gave me a break.

My car had fresh water intrusion from Hurricane Milton. Honest1 was able to run the diagnostics & discovered that only the JBE Module needed replacing & reprogramming. We also did a full oil & brake fluid replacement. The car runs like new again AND Honest1 was able to do it on time and under estimate. Thanks Kevin & Honest1 Gandy Blvd. You've come through again. The professionalism out of this place is insanely good. A lot of stress is going around after the past hurricane but these guys did such a great job with making me feel comfortable and at ease with the state of my car. Kevin was super helpful and gave me all the information I could need to know.

I had an overheating engine, which is often a result of a leakage coolant and an issue with the radiator. I took my car here believing this might be the case. This shop charged me for the diagnosis and wanted to charge me over $1000 to put in a new radiator. I chose not to go through with it and purchased and install my own radiator for ~$200. This didn't fix the issue and 2 weeks later, I realized it was a broken cooling fan. So this shop was about to charge me 1k for a radiator I didn't need and never checked if it was a fan issue. They were nice enough service wise, but completely misdiagnosed my issue and were willing to take a huge amount of money from me based on it.
