GREAT PLACE!!!!! I WENT TO GET MY 99 FORD TAURUS OIL LEAKS DIAGNOSIS. THEY EXACTLY DID THAT WITH A SERVICE DIAGNOSIS FEE, IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID IT WOULD COST. I WALK OUT TO THE CAR UP IN THE AIR WITH THE SERVICE ADVISOR AND ALSO MET THE MECHANIC AT THE CAR AND HE SHOWED ME THE OIL LEAKS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL ABOUT THE OIL LEAKS. THEY BOTH WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK AGAIN.

An absolutely excellent experience. Candidly, I am cautious when it comes to car repairs and who performs them on my car. At Honest-1, I have peace of mind because I know that George is going to thoroughly manage the process, and put my mind at ease. I also thank Tyler for the excellent work performed at my last visit. I have a 2006 M35 that I am very protective of and careful who works on the car. For past years always used another auto shop but their Alignment machine was down. Normally I do not spend the time to provide reviews but thought I had to because of the great experience. 1. Had an appointment, which they took my car at that scheduled time. Was basically in and out. 2. They provided analysis of before and after and shared what was done. 3. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and professional. With the great experience, this will be my go to Auto shop when needing work on my car. Would recommend this shop to others.

Willie was able to get us in quickly, fix our AC! He explained what was needed, answered our questions. He and his team are friendly, competent and seemed to really listen to our needs. We will definitely use them for any future car needs...so should you! Fair price for what was done too!

Amazing. The service was quick and all my questions were answered and problems solved. Willie is a very sweet and patient man and was very good to my niece and I, the goldfish that were left in the car was a nice touch. He even knew we were trying to see a movie at three in the afternoon and was able to have the car ready with perfect timing, we were very grateful and will definitely be returning if anything!

I had an excellent experience at Honest-1 Auto Care. Our appointments started as scheduled on time. Problems they located were shown and explained to us, reasonable alternatives were offered. Our wait was short and comfortable, with free guest WiFi, a free and ample selection of drinks and snacks, and comfortable seating. And the restroom was sparkling clean! Prices were reasonable for services offered. We are very pleased with the entire experience.

Car wasn’t starting right, as I suspected my battery was nearly dead. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in about 30min!! Super quick and great service! Thanks for being easy to work with, straightforward and honest! I know pretty much nothing about cars and it’s sometimes difficult to navigate repair shops, but not this place! Thanks!

Got a nail in my tire and called our normal tire and auto shop…they said I would have to leave my car all day. 🙃 With both a sick husband and 10 month old, that wasn’t going to work. So I decided to stop in Honest-1 Auto Care to try them out and now we have a new auto shop! I was so happy with the friendly, personal and quick service George (service advisor) and Tyler (mechanic) provided. We were only in the waiting area for a short time but I felt comfortable being with my baby, it was clean and offered plenty of amenities. I’m happy we have an even better regular place now!

Made an appointment at 11 AM to get an alignment over the phone. I got there for my appointment for them to tell me it’s an hour and a half wait which I then asked what the point was of making an appointment and they told me it was just to speak with the service advisor. Not sure what there is to advise about to get an alignment done but this place seems like a waste of time. I will take my business elsewhere.

Carrollwood Location #1 I was caught off guard on the $180 charge for level 2 diagnostics because it was never mentioned beforehand. I paid because I wanted to confirm the services needed on my car. Unfortunately, it was not mention of $200.27 charge being applied if services are performed at Honest-1. #2 Never assume a woman doesn't know car scan codes. Very disappointed I was told I wouldn't know or understand them. I thought those days were long gone. #3 They are not a "full service" since they don't service transmissions. #4 My estimate includes almost $800 for labor when it appears the engine may not need to be removed. Needless to say I was disappointed with a few things. George was very cordial on the phone and in person. The disappoinment is I was not informed there was a charge for diagnostic testing that was offered. DEAR OWNER, WILLIE DID NOT ASK ME. THINGS OCCURED JUST AS I STATED. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD PRINT BUT I WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND.EXACT WORDS. HE DID NOT OFFER TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING. YOU CANNOT TURN THINGS AROUND. EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN EQUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. $774 LABOR WHEN THE ENGINE DOESN'T NEED TO BE MOVED TO REPLACE THE SENSORS. THE SENSORS CAN BE REACHED FROM THE TOP. REPLACE 3 SENSORS AND A TEST DRIVE AFTERWARDS. $774???

George the owner really stands for the name of the business - Honest! Upon arrival, I found it easy to find, easy to park, and the service desk was fast and thorough. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. It was a new, clean, and comfortable atmosphere to wait in for my service completion...which included snacks and drinks. I will definitely be back and Honest1 Auto Care Carrollwood will be the first auto business that I think of when I need help with my Honda again.

George listened to what I requested (a/c repair), had my car examined, and listed what was needed. He explained my front brakes were also worn with which I agreed. Before noon the next day, my a/c was repaired, my brakes were repaired, the price was slightly less than the estimate and I am very happy!!

Willie has saved me SO much money and headache. I once dropped my car off and he called me and told me to take it to the dealership because the issue was likely still under warranty. It was! He's been so fast with repairs and done a great job. He's super cool about it when he discovers something we can fix ourselves to save money and there for us when we need his skills and team. I don't go to Honest1 because I want the cheapest fix- though their prices are fair!- I go to Honest1 because I want good work done by a skilled team- one that isn't trying to screw me everytime they get a chance.
