I recently moved from Los Angeles to Paradise Valley, and I've never seen such a great auto shop like Honest-1 Auto Care. I've visited here three times for some minor issues, such as checking my car's front bumper when I hit a curb and replacing tire dust caps, and they didn't charged me a dime. I'll definitely be returning for oil changes and any future car repairs. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Honest-1! I was in a tough spot with car trouble, and they went above and beyond to help me out. The team was not only professional and knowledgeable but also incredibly quick to assist. They made what could have been a very stressful situation incredibly stress-free. The only auto shop that I can "honestly" say that I trust... I've used them on multiple occasions for regular service needs & for repairs that have randomly occurred. It's a good feeling to know that when my vehicle is there, it's in good hands!

Owner Tracy was great. He gave an accurate quote on repairs I requested and was thorough and patient in explaining needed repairs. While my vehicle was at the shop, an inspection was done and I was provided recommendations for repairs, in addition to repairs I planned. I appreciate that I was was not pressured. Tracy took the time to identify and explain the most important repairs that should be priority. My car was repaired well and very timely … I recommend Honest 1 to others.

I went there for the first time a few days ago. I really like this place. The people are super nice and professional. They tell you what's wrong but they don't try to upsell you. They did a great job! I will definitely be back.

I firat went to the Mitsubishi dealership and I had a diagnostic/engine check that cost me $185 & 4 hours of my time... The dealership came back with a estimate of $2275 + tires in immediate repairs I had to do asap. I went to Honest-1 Auto Care next & they came back with their diagnostic engine check within 1.5 hours and told me my car looks great, in very good condition. (Even after I asked them to look at some specifics on the estimate from the dealership.) It's nice to see some people still have integrity. ☆ I'm glad I went and got a 2nd opinion at Honest-1 Auto Care Before I chose to believe what the dealership was trying to sell me on and make money off of me.

I had my car serviced yesterday, and it was the best experience I've had yet with receiving such services! I was nervous about how much it was going to cost me as I definitely should've taken my car in sooner, and knew there was going to be several things that needed to be done. As a woman, when I've gone to the dealership in the past, I felt like I had been taken advantage of and talked down to, or completely ignored if I had a man to accompany me. At Honest-1 Auto, I didn't feel like I was treated differently and there was no judgement on how long it had been since my last servicing appointment. I received great communication and advice on my car, while also shocked at the price differences of Honest-1 compared to the same services I've had at the dealership in the past, with no big surprises or unnecessary work that needed to be done. They initially told me that I would need my transmission fluid replaced which I agree to, but they called back and said that it appeared better than what they initially had thought, so they topped it off instead. I really feel like I had honest service completed and they didn't try to get me for anything they could. Joel was who I was in contact with the whole time and was great and non judgemental, while Ben was my technician. I'm definitely going to take my car back in for my next oil change and any other work I need done in the future without hesitation, their prices are great! Honest-1 Auto lives up to their name and I'm recommending them to anyone I can!

Great shop with excellent management and mechanics. Had work done including new breaks and rotors on my 2013 Dodge Challenger, and also asked about a rattle in my dashboard which they were able to fix and now my car is quiet again!

I am a customer from IL actually and moved to AZ and just recently found out there was an Honest 1 here! I was so excited. They handled all the vehicle care on mine and my Moms vehicles for YEARS in IL. I got my front brakes done by them on1/10/23 and they were affordable and kind just as I expected! I'm so happy they have a location here in AZ and it's 10 mins down the way from my job. So convenient BUT know I would drive ACROSS the Valley if I needed to. Finding a trustworthy mechanic is so hard.
