Have had multiple cars in for different reasons ranging from simple service to major repairs. Sometimes they have the best price and sometimes they don't. I can guarantee that they will do a quality job and be truthful about what needs done and doesn't. They are really good about remembering customers names and faces and are always friendly. I will continue to take my cars to them for repair and service. Ask for Chris, he's awesome!

“Honest” auto care, what a joke!!!! If negative stars was an option these guys would win. Came in for an inspection with no issues to vehicle whatsoever 10 minutes after driving off their lot check engine light and several other lit on dash. I immediately called them and they claimed no tampering was involved but hey they were “kind” enough to offer to come back and they could repair the vehicle that passed inspection 30 minutes prior for the engine. Took the car to have diagnostic testing done and clear tampering had been involved I again called back and they offer me to come back in to have another diagnostic test for $130+. Do not be fooled these guys rates are outrageous and they will 100% scam you for your money. Should have read the reviews prior apparently I’m not the only one, CUSTOMERS BE WARNED!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I recently visited Honest-1 for some electrical issues with my car. They took the time to thoroughly explain the issues so that I could make an informed decision. They explained what needed immediate attention, what additional work might be needed down the line, and other issues that weren’t urgent at the moment. I really appreciated their honesty and transparency. They were very communicative and kept me updated on the work. The staff was friendly and communicative from start to finish. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and prices were reasonable. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop, I highly recommend Honest-1! I will be recommending them to my friends & family.

This is one of the beat shops that you can go to. They did their absolute best to solve my problems with my fleet vehicle. Ultimately my jobs fleet company wouldn't play ball, but Honest-1 still did me right! Thank you guys!

Chris helped me a while back when my van decided to cause problems. They were very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way about what needed to be done. The tow truck company broke the back window getting my car to honest-1. Chris immediately called me and let me know, even though it had nothing to do with them. They vacuumed all the glass out for me. They went above and beyond for me. They were able to get my van up and running again very quickly as well. They made the whole process a lot less stressful!

Absolutely awesome service. Needed a U joint fixed on my 2010 ram 3500 and on a tight schedule. Chris and the guys worked with me to make sure it gets taken care of before I needed to get to school at noon. Dan brought me back multiple times to show some issues/flaws that came up with the job and didn’t hide anything from me. Thanks again for the great service, and assistance. Highly recommend this shop if you need any work done. The crew is trustworthy and experienced.

Highly recommend! They really live up to their name. I brought in my 2019 Kia soul with some engine problems and some steering problems, both of which they could have charged me for, but they told me that both were covered under a technical recall and a class action suit against Kia. saved me potentially me thousands of dollars.

Highly recommend!! We were first introduced to Honest 1 from a referral from Costco! And, we've been going ever since. Love speaking with the owner, Bob, who is friendly, easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. We've grown to trust him over the past few years and now won't go anywhere else. I love how they will come outside and listen as we explain noises and "feels" of the vehicle. If possible, they take a quick look to see if anything obvious presents itself. We honestly couldn't be happier with the mechanics at Honest 1. It's SO important to have a mechanic you can trust. Highly recommend!

Easy to book an appointment online on short notice. Prices better than my Mazda dealer. Friendly guys at the front desk. Pleased with my 2 visits this week- one for oil change and tire rotation, and the other was for the purchase and installation of a new battery.

I usually get frustrated having to go to the mechanic. I would literally run my cars through. This experience was completely different and actually gave me peace about getting my vehicle serviced. I met Lucas, Chris, Sam, and Koby(hope I spelled it right) and they were so friendly and made me feel welcome. Repeat customer and thanks for helping with my service anxiety!!!!!

I came to this Auto Care thinking the staff and management would be better than the dealership but they are worst than them. And just to let them know that speaking from what I heard and experience the truth! One of the staff or manager kept asking me about a timing belt that was already done at the dealership. And I kept telling him the same thing over and over. Then he told me high price? This turned me completely off. Then he checked my car to make sure it was running correctly!! I just told him the dealership said I need a valve adjustment? But then he some oil leaking around the valve cover. The dealership already told me this problem I just wanted a different opinion from someone that I thought was honest I sign did stated Honest-1 Auto Care so I thought we're going to be nice and honest and treat women with respect but that didn't happen. The guy told me they can clean that oil and check everything and clean it for almost 400 dollars!!! That too expensive to say they are not a dealership. I could not believe they tried to treat certain women that way. I was very crude. I see they treat their other customers right cause they are giving them good reviews. And get this this Auto Care does not take warranties period! They claim they don't get paid from the insurance companies and told me that the dealerships don't take them either. This is a great place to take your car for quality care. Have been coming here for years and Chris and Lucas are the best! Had some problems with a warranty from another service shop. They were so helpful getting me photos and the info I needed. They're up front and show you what's wrong. Glad to have found this shop!

I went for an inspection & was failed due to ball joints (steering) and what they said was a major oil leak, quoted me $6,000 (with my Costco discount). Took my car to my auto mechanic - ball joints are fine, there was 2 minor oil leaks. I had to pay for another inspection ($40) and my total bill was $530.00 I will never go back and suggest you don't either! My mechanic was disgusted, as was I. I gave them a 2 star for discovering an oil leak but what a waste of time and possibly huge money.

Super impressed with this place. My first time taking my car here, and will definitely be back. My car had a few issues as it's older, but they very quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. Also, they sent their shuttle to get me once the repair was done. Very professional and friendly staff that were genuinely fair from diagnosing issue to what I paid. In particular, want to thank both Chris and Lucas, as they made the entire process seamless and pain free. On top of friendly staff and fair dealing, the place is super nice inside if you need to wait on your call. This place has really raised the bar for how other repair shops should operate. Great job!

Decided to make an appointment for 4:30 on 2/26/23 for an oil change. This was my first time at Honest-1. I decided to try them out after seeing so many good reviews. I must say, they really live up to the good reputation! Showed up 15 min early for my appointment, and they got me in early since it wasn’t too busy. They used a seat cover when they pulled it into the bay, which I appreciate, and shows respect for customer vehicles. I was out the door with fresh oil in my car in less than 35 minutes. Very quick, great service! To say I’m impressed is an understatement. I’ll definitely be back in the future for my car needs!
