Love receiving reminders about service needed in my car, staff always courteous and helpful. Waiting area is always clean and comfortable, coffe available if wanted. Easy to obtain appointments for service. Like their rewards program and last but not least LOVE my thank you cookies, a NICE TOUCH!

There's a few things missing from the name: quick, kind, and helpful just off the top of my head. I've been a customer for a year and a half now and have felt very taken care of and appreciate how they keep me in the loop on costs and suggested maintenance!

I feel like the name of your company should be anything but Honest-1. My check engine light came on and I had Auto-Zone put it on the computer. They printed me a sheet saying my oil pressure switch was bad and I could get one for $54 and some change. I know from experience it only takes a few minutes to change but I recently had surgery and could not do it myself so I made an appointment with you. On the day of my appointment I brought it in and was told you were shorthanded and I had to make another appointment. I had brought the sheet from Auto-Zone with me and gave it to you. I was told there was a service bulletin on that code and you would have to do a diagnosis yourself to confirm the problem. To make a long story short I was charged $98 for a $54 part, $129 labor for a 10 minute job.( I was there when the part came in, it was actually less than 10 minutes) and $244 for you to confirm what I told you the problem was. $437 for a $54 part and 10 minutes labour. Not a happy customer!!!

Great car shop. Julian at the front desk is awesome. He’s full of patience with my thousands of questions and knowledgeable. I had not been in the shop for 5 months and when I walked in he knew my name and everything I did last time I was in off the top of his head. Julian deserves a raise or bonus! I’m sure everyone here is great though, but I’ve only really talked with him. 10/10 car shop

I drive a VW and was having trouble with my brake pads. I wasn’t getting much help from my dealer, so a coworker recommended this auto shop. They were incredibly knowledgeable about my vehicle, and the staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got everything fixed at a great price. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable car service!

The staff is very friendly and the mechanics most competent. One suggestion is to put covers on the seats as for the 2nd time my seats were dirty when I got back in the car.

You guys have had my car for 5 months paid what is due picked it up and couldn't make 6 miles had to have it towed back to you guys! Still haven't fixit! Honestly not! Need my car tired of this dishonest promises! Karen Mickle

From the moment i walked in the doors until i drove away i was met with courteous and friendly people. Julian could not have been more helpful. His knowledge was so helpful in explaining what needed done. His kindness in shuttling me to work was greatly appreciated and his cheerfulness was refreshing. I have taken my cars here at least a dozen times. Was very good service but in 2024 they are short handed on mechanics and the work doesn't get completed on time. My most recent gas tank / gas line issue was looked at 5 times,$1,000 dollars later, car still does not run not right. Lost faith in their ability to diagnose and fix my issue. Wont return.

I ran over a bolt in the road that got stuck in my tire on the way to drop my kids at daycare. I called Honest-1 Auto Care since I could see their sign from where I pulled over. They sent a couple of guys over with a tire plug and air condenser and fixed my tire. When I tried to pay, they told me it was a friendly gesture and sent me on my way. Great staff, great service, made my day!

The shop was very clean & the staff was dressed very professional. My vehicle was serviced on time and appropriated. Truck has been there for five months and when I get it back, it stop work after 1 day. Now it’s back in the shop and they still haven’t looked at it.

Amazing service. Came in for a safety check and oil change. Staff was quick, easy, and did a thorough job. What I loved most is the transparency and updates through text. Not only do you see what they are doing to the vehicle but why certain suggestions are made in terms up getting something you didn’t come in for get fixed!

Second time I have used Honest 1 and again service was outstanding. My car door needed a complicated replacement of a cable to unlock front passenger door which turned out to be much more labor intensive than expected. Julian the tech advisor kept me apprised all day long. Even gave me a ride home when car had to stay overnight. The mechanic Carlos went above and beyond expectations to make sure my car was fixed properly and did a great job. And they honored the estimate when the labor surely was worth much more than charged. The facility itself is spotless, welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the excellent experience. I will recommend to everyone and will be back for all needed car services.
