I had a tire replaced cuz of wear an it’s life had come 3 months later said tire blows out on the hwy no big deal go back into honest out then tell them how I was a few miles down the hwy then my tire that is newer then the rest is now shredded then they tell me it’s my fault an “you know the roads in Omaha are bad” um ok well then there would be a massive tire industry out here since everyone would be having tire changes more often then an oil change but best part is 10 days later that new tire I just got has a blowout on a 25 mph road that is new an paved I hit nothing an nothing hit me no one slashed my tire due to the fact I drove 45 mins nonstop I tell them the situation which they told me contact them if there’s any problems then I get told your wrong I’m write from them so I would not recommend this scam of an auto place unless you like burning money an having bad service towards veterans Part 2 it’s not wrong of me to write a bad review an inform the public of my experience with your service your workers told me “ you know Omaha roads are bad” like I said that’s on you an your business the tire company didn’t say that nor forced you to say that now that being said every time I get new tires I ask for an alignment so if you are suggesting that there’s a miss alignment again falls on your business not the tire company not me so again that is your business problem an again when I called an told you about the supposedly “new” tire that you put on cuz the old one blew out on the hwy your business said if there’s any problems come in an we will see what you can do an when I called cuz the new tire blew out on a 25mph road your workers tried pinning on any an all causes other than yourself as the issue so your business is then suggesting that it’s normal to go through tires faster than oil changes is what I’m gathering an is like to inform the public with this knowledge I’m not mad or upset I just like everyone in the community to understand what they are getting into an what services you provide an I suggest you do better as a business because you can’t be called honest auto if your not honest you feel me.

These folks have done me solid 2 times now....on service, price and advice. They don't know me from Adam, so I can only assume they treat every customer this way. I will be back for tires and for a repair that they advised me could be put off a little while if necessary. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else.

My granddaughter took her truck in about 6 months ago for an antifreeze leak they found nothing but she was using a gallon of antifreeze every couple of days. Then she just took it back in to get a bolt out they told her they broke it but looks like it was cut very smooth. Then in the mean time took my husband's truck in for a stuck spark plug they told him to just don't change it because they couldn't get it out either

This place does good work. Unfortunately for me the rebuilt engine they put in my truck failed around 10000 miles. I don't blame the mechanics. They got the engine from kosiskis auto parts. So needless to say I don't have a lot of confidence in this 2nd engine because it came from the same place at kosiskis. Luckily the warranty on the engine covered the cost to replace it. Overall I think this is a good repair shop. It's not the mechanics fault the engine failed. I blame kosiskis. I won't ever get a engine from kosiskis again. Christy and rest of staff are friendly. They treat their customers good.

Honest Auto had the best prices for diagnostics a hundred dollars cheaper than everyone else. They got it diagnosed and repaired within a couple hours for a reasonable price. I have found my car repair spot!

On a recommendation from a good friend and worker of Honest Auto. I took my 08 GMC Sierra down for leaf spring work and possible shocks. After the assigned mechanic got to work on my truck, I got a call saying it wasn't the shocks but a ball joint and a broken sway bar. I was kept in the loop the entire time on what they were doing and what they had to add. My friend even sent me pictures of my truck as it was being worked on and to show possible future issues. I figured the cost was going to be between 2500-3k and it was right in there. I talked to both Larry and Justin over the 2 days they had my truck and they both gave positive feedback and didn't try to sell me any bull they got right to the point with what was wrong and stuck with it, and always asked is this ok with you they didn't just go ahead and do it. I recommend Honest Auto whole heartedly. For my first visit with them things were done right and honest and I will definitely be returning should more issues arise with my vehicles.

If I could give Honest Auto more stars I would!!!! The wonderful staff has gone above and beyond to help me fix my son’s truck. They not only did the work but they stood behind their work. Making sure the job was done right and that my son would be safe. I am grateful to find such a wonderful business to work with and I recommend them to everyone!!!!!

My brother had a long road trip and had some problems with his car. They helped him out, told him everything he needed to know, and didn’t even charge him. The employees are really nice and the lobby is comfortable to sit in. A really great place. I recommend it.

I bought a vehicle from a friend who said larry knew the vehicle. Being used older, I thought let's keep using him as I know no other mechanics personally. I've had vehicle a few years. And it's had some major issues (engine and transmission). Not his fault, my friends or mine. Just bad luck when you drive all day for work with 180000 miles. But he helped me get it back on the road quickly and from asking around, for a great price. More importantly when he tells you your options and recommendations I find it up front and honest

I honestly would not recommend if you don’t want other problems with your vehicle while it’s in the shop with them. From me taking my car in to have them diagnose something they couldn’t find but someone else could right of the way as soon as he drove it, and my boyfriends truck being there for a month for a repair that was fixed to go get it just for it to keep dying. Come to find out the motor was blown while they had it for the whole month. They couldn’t do anything for him after receiving all this money for a repair that absolutely means nothing now that he can’t drive. I don’t think it was Larry’s fault but definitely one of his workers not knowing what there doing. And not to mention poor communication between all workers.

Took my Chevy Cruze in this morning. There curtious & honest mechanic & owner . Had my other car in past fixed there to. I trust them to find out issues so i have reliable transportation. Motor mount replacement plus whatever else is wrong with the engine trys to stall off on rpms jumping

Great place. I was passing through CB wheb check engine came on. They quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back on the road. If I lived in CB, they would be my "goto" mechanic. Highly recommend.

Needed a quote over the phone and the customer service from the receptionist was very poor. The tone, patience, and assistance did not seem pleasant. Please look into this.
