I’m here visiting from San Diego. I went to Honest Accurate Auto Service (HAAS) per high praises from a friend. Oh my gosh! The best choice I made! Photosof what is wrong and what may need work later. “No pressure” from anyone there. Everyone there is so respectful andfriendly, even the courtesy driver. Constant calls on the status of my vehicle. I can’t say enough. Thank you HAAS and Randy. You are the best of the best!!!!

Kind of annoyed as I’m trying to find the most economical way of dealing with my vehicle. I called here interested in potentially using them as an option because I’m being told at another place that replacing TPMS tire sensors will cost me a certain amount of money. Guy over the phone told me he couldn’t tell me how much it would cost for parts and labor. Replacing TPMS sensors should be pretty standard, given the make/model of the vehicle. Guy over the phone was not interested in dealing with me, nor did he even try to schedule something. No problem, will take my business elsewhere.

As a small Veteran owned transportation business, and we have used Honest Accurate Auto ServIce for several years now. Coming from a automotive background I can’t say enough about the service, integrity, and fair pricing provided by HAAS, they guarantee their work (I’ve put this to the test) and as the name implies they are honest and straight forward. I don’t leave many reviews but this is well deserved and over due. Thank you Randy and Jess for always going out of your way to keep us rolling.

The staff explained all repairs & findings during the diagnostics so I could make an intelligent decision about the next step in my car’s maintenance program. And the shuttle to work and back was great! Their name says it all!

Very rude!! I called bc I thought based off the reviews I would be able to get my vehicle serviced here but thank the Lord I didn’t. I called asking for pricing for a drain and fill for my transmission and about possibly servicing the fluid for my AWD and the guy immediately freaks out saying “that’s too many questions.” If that’s too many questions man idk how you can work with vehicles.

I am always pleased with the service I receive. I have taken my car to Honest Accurate for about 13 years. I feel they are honest when they tell me what needs done. I have only had an issue one time that I had to return for a re-do and they took care of it immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a issue with the engine in my car. I had taken my vehicle to Honest Accurate and they figured out what the problem was. They kept in constant contact with my husband, letting him know when the parts came in, etc. They were courteous and knowledgeable answering any questions and suggesting alternate solutions, is applicable. We just took the car back for a 500 mile check up after the service. Again very knowledgeable and professional. We will be using them in the future when needed. Thank you to Jesse and his team.

The name says it ALL‼️ Honest/Accurate. I am a “Sassy Senior Citizen” and these folk take care of my car. They thoroughly explain what needs to be done and why. They also point out what I should watch for, so I can better take care of my car. It’s like having a big brother who watches out for my safety.

We have been taking our cars to Honac for over 10 years. My hybrid Highlander has been serviced there, as well as the old family Subaru. I am a single woman but never feel condescended to, and they have earned my trust. I highly recommend Honac.

Went for an oil change, super easy to schedule. They did an inspection and highlighted some upcoming maintenance, but didn’t force me to do it that day/walked me through a timeline. Very friendly and not intimidating like other shops.

Honest Accurate Auto is as their name says: honest. I’ve now taken my vehicle to them for two years and there has never been an upscale, only the necessary work to keep me safe has been suggested.

I had a wonderful experience. My car is about to hit 100k and I needed an oil change and I knew it was getting close to a major service interval, so I made an appointment for the oil change and a full vehicle inspection. Krystal, the service advisor, got me checked in and into the courtesy shuttle in less than 5 minutes. Lark, the shuttle driver, was very friendly and dropped me off curbside at my office. Krystal kept me updated throughout the morning and put together a detailed list of recommendations. I never felt pressured to spend more than necessary, and every item on the list was thoroughly explained. I was very impressed by how welcoming and professional everyone was. The work was done quickly and the prices were fair and reasonable. I have no reservations whatsoever about recommending this shop. This was my first time there, but I know I will be a customer for years to come. They took great of me and my car.

They truly live up to their name. There’s been several times where I’ve asked if a certain service is needed and they’ve told me they looked at the vehicle and said it wasn’t needed. I’ve been a customer for several years now and I appreciate their honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
