I needed to tow my vehicle into this shop after quite a night of getting stranded with near freezing temps in Jan '25. The next morning I got a call right away and had to give a description of what my Jeep was doing. My point of contact (Shanon) always kept me in the know by text message, which is very convenient for me & was on point with etas on when to expect my vehicle to be repaired. Very polite & professional. This shop is a clean environment as well! I'm sure they come across a lot of different personalities and attitudes especially when it comes to vehicle repair and even though it was frustrating on my end of not having reliable transportation for myself it was great to know that someone knew about my position and was very fast to fix the problem as conveniently as they could. I appreciate their customer service and if anything is wrong with my vehicle again it will not be going to a dealership, it will be going to this location in the future! Thank you!!

I was recommended by my neighbor to Honest and Accurate Auto and I’m so happy he did. I originally took my vehicle to another auto shop on woodmen and felt that they were being dishonest with their inspection and pricing. I decided to take my vehicle to Honest and Accurate and they were amazing. Heath was extremely professional and honest about what needed and did not need repairing. Heath saved me close to $1K and earned my future business. Thanks team

A friend of my wife recommended Honest Accurate Auto Service to us. I had the alignment on my truck performed by them and they were every bit as wonderful as advertised! Heath was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest with everything! They performed a full inspection on my truck as well as vacuuming and cleaning my windows in addition to the alignment. A comprehensive report was provided on future maintenance to be considered. I was never pressured to complete anything additional. It was so refreshing to be treated as a valuable customer! I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our future automotive maintenance!

I appreciated the efficiency of the East location. Easy to make an appointment, approve estimates, review inspection, and pay all online. In person, they were friendly and helpful. Plus a Sasquatch cookie as a parting gift with my receipts. I went there accidentally; I usually go to the west branch. I recommend both!

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Honest Accurate since I moved to Colorado Springs. Can’t say enough good things about them. Customer service is second to none and they do great and timely work on top of it. Brayson helped me with my truck the last time I took it in. His customer service and communication was outstanding! I was more than satisfied with the work they did. I don’t normally leave reviews but my experiences with Honest Accurate warrant all 5 stars. They do right by their customers and I can’t say that about other auto shops I’ve taken my vehicles to in the past. As long as I live in Colorado Springs I’ll be taking my vehicles to Honest Accurate!

I rarely write reviews, but they called about 4 days after working on and fixing my Jeep to make sure everything was running fine, never had a shop do that before, to me it shows they care about their customers and the quality of their work. The whole reason I sent my Jeep to their shop was due to their high ratings, and now i understand. Top notch service, thank you for living up to your name!

I was pleased with service. I purchased your card for next oil change. The only problem that I had was my car being gone all day. Next time I’ll request a ‘wait in shop’ appointment. Thank you. Found my new auto shop! Great service from Shannon who went above and beyond contacting the dealerships that wouldn't return my calls. Wonderful shuttle experiences with Don. The mechanic Max even went on a ride with me so I can show him the issue. One of my two problems was resolved. The second is still ongoing but they pointed me to the Bulletins for my vehicle and I'm not alone as it is an issue with my year/vehicle. Now I know where the problem is and hope to get some mileage out of the transmission before needing a replacement. Thank you!

Highest recommendation!!! Honest, upfront and kind, great environment to relax also available. Had a major issue that would have stranded us on our travels, 4 kids, and my spouse going cross country. Did a quick spot check and was able to make the needed corrections to make our vehicle safe. Took about 45 minutes, and the car was fixed and able to drive without issues and without charge. Would go back again for any major work. Would give more than 5 stars if possible.

I was able to call and drop my car off the same day. They were able to work it in between scheduled appointments and sent me a work up of all that had to be done with a cost breakdown. I was able to approve or deny work that needed to be done and was able to pick my car up that next day. Checking out they gifted my son and i the tastiest cookies ever and on my passenger seat was a little card with the tech that worked on my car with a little bio and a thank you. Having to get any work done on your vehicle is unfortunately part of life and not something we look forward to doing but this establishment made that process as painless as possible. Not that I want to return any time soon but for any future car related issues we will be back!
