Esmorelda is awesome, she needs a raise! For an oil change and tire rotation it took an hour and 30 minutes. I think that's a little long. That said, the waiting area is nice. Water and snacks available. Appreciated the free car wash! We'll be back

The people are so condescending and rude and they are way overpriced compared to other mechanics. Only way they stay in business is because of the location close to a lot of retired people who do not want to travel far. They quoted $690 for an ignition starter that we got done for $480 elsewhere. Look around before you go here!

I had my Honda Accord at poway honda service for a recall. I got a call from the Honda service adviser in less than an hour saying that it is highly recommended that you replace your brakes because they worn out. I said no. Secorsauto in Rancho Bernardo where I had a second opinion for brake check, they said at least 12-14k more driving needed before your brake service due. Makes me wonder whom I give the 5 star.
