Recently I got a system message for maintenance for oil change, tire rotation, and spark plug change. I drove to Honda service center and asked the very friendly Mr. X how much it would cost. After hearing his answer, I thought it would cost Y hundred, which was basically 50% more than Mr. X estimated. However, it turned out that the damage was more than 3 times Y. According to the bill, they provided many more services than the three I requested. I didn't even get a specific labor fee for this service and that service, but only the labor fee for the whole thing. I really don't know if this kind of kindness is normal here, or not. Now I tell myself "dude, at least I was not ripped off because I got a lot of services" lol. Maybe that's why the previous owner of my car went to T auto service center instead of this. If anyone wants that kind of kindness, I may recommend this place.

I went in to get the code to reset my radio after disconnecting my battery and the gentleman at the counter knew exactly what to do. I was in and out in minutes. He made my day!

This isn't a dig at University Honda's Service Department; nor so much about their Parts Department. I needed a new key for my 10 year old car. The plastic case was cracked and was falling apart. That part is expensive, considering that it's plastic with a metal key. What is disappointing to me is that this becomes two parts to buy instead of one. The back plate isn't included. It ends up being a $15 piece of plastic. They fortunately didn't charge me for a new screw.

Best place in valley to get work done on your car. Very down to earth people and great service. Emily and Matt are a pleasure to deal with. I most definitely recommend University Honda for your cars needs.

I've been taking my car here for service for almost 20 years, when I bought it from them! Always friendly and helpful. They must be doing something right as I have over 250k miles on my car.

Chevrolet owner but really enjoy going to this dealership for help and any vehicle maintenance. They are very accommodating for college students and are very helpful. Really like their University Honda shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up
