Did not have an appointment, but my car was still serviced quickly. I left because the wait was supposedly going to be awhile. By time I got home (about 30min or so) I received a text saying my car was ready. Lol Guess I should've waited, but hey was glad that it got done so quickly. As always the service received was top notch and I will continue to have my car serviced there!

Chris A. Was awesome I got an SUV for my mother in law she is 72 and he we t above and beyond the call of duty with care kindness and showing her how to operate the vehicle. Ask for Chris when you go. But everyone there was kind as they spoke and asked was anything needed.

Great buying experience! Charles Green was our sales rep. He was able to match the price we asked for without the "haggling" one might expect at some dealerships. Nor was there any pressure to purchase any "add-ons". Would highly recommend both Charles and Midlands Honda.

Great service yesterday. Everything taken care of. Service person Yanira kept me informed of what was happening while I waited. Just missed the cabin air filter . Otherwise everything was great!

My appointment was at 11:45 on Feb. 1st and I didn’t leave the dealership until after 3:30. The service manager did apologize for the wait time due to staffing issues, but waiting almost four hours for an oil change is unacceptable. They didn’t make any future suggestions or offer any discounts for the inconvenience.

I haven't always had the best experience at honda but today Troy Roberts was absolutely amazing. He verified the service i came in for, acknowledged the service that was about to expire that i wasn't aware of, let me know what was recommended, didn't hassle me on the things I said I would take care of myself and was prompt and professional. I'd be glad to work with Troy as my advisor anytime.
