My 2017 Pilot had key fob, warranty and recall issues. Jenny resolved the issues and had the vehicle ready in about four hours. Jenny was courteous, professional, and is an asset to Honda of Slidell. The visit was a positive experience.

Had a computer problem only a dealer could do. I was grateful to get a service appointment for the morning after I called. The staff went beyond courteous to amazing. Jenny was so kind and helpful while I was waiting with my two young children. I was kept informed about what was going on and given a free loaner car when parts needed to be ordered. I will recommend this location to anyone to asks.

I love the service lady Misty as she is informative and friendly, but the service is super slow even with an appointment 2 and a half hours I waited for my vehicle to be done with an appointment.

The service center at Honda of Slidell didn't even give themselves a chance to get a better review than this. They completely messed up by not honoring their appointment reservation system. Here's what happened: I made an 11:00am appointment for my CR-V by calling the service department weeks before the appointment. I showed up to the appointment approximately 15 minutes before. When I dropped off the car, the service advisor confirmed the services to be performed and then asked me, "are you going to wait?". I explained that I had other things to do and would return for my car in the afternoon. Around 2:00pm I showed up to retrieve my car only to find that my car had not been serviced yet because "I didn't wait with it." I was puzzled by this and explained that I had made an appointment for 11:00am and that I arrived on time for my appointment. It was explained to me that it didn't matter if I had an appointment because if I didn't wait with my car I was bumped behind everyone who did wait with their car. WHAT??!!! Here's the deal. If I make an appointment to get a haircut or see a doctor then I have essentially reserved the given timeslot. I can suffer a delay caused by an earlier appointment but would not suffer if the barber, hairdresser or doctor kept taking people who just showed up in front of me. Honda of Slidell COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME. I chose Honda of Slidell because the other Honda dealerships on the Mississippi Gulf Coast have done poor jobs over the last couple of years. I was hoping for a much better experience. Instead I walked away without my car being serviced and with another bad experience from a Honda dealership in this region. Will not be booking any more service appointments with Honda of Slidell. Will not go back to wait for nothing.

repaired a tire. when I got home I checked pressure. The one repaired had 45lb air pressure.

Went get a oil change there may 2 2022 they did mpi on my 2011 honda accord they said i needed 2 front tires an valve covers leaking but they stripped my oil pan but since i neva wanted the tires or valve cover they neva said anything about my oil pan they stripped the worst dealership i ever been tooi called friday an the lady said the service writer an oil change guy dont work there anymore so tuff on me

Called about two factory recalls on 2019 Honda Accord. Was given an appointment at 9 AM the next morning to replace both recalled parts. Mark was awesome and kept me updated throughout as well as called the next day to make sure there were no issues. Great experience, great customer service.

Not my favorite place and most definitely my last and only honda. Engine great but too bad the rest of car doesn't meet the same standards. Added comment 5-27-2021: I did replace this car with a Toyota, so no more hondas for me. If plan to keep your honda for 4 to 5 years, then not bad . But longer, good luck on it and good luck in dealing with Service Dept. They will come up with a laundry list of items to repair every time you go there. Add comment 7-26-2021: Well I put my money where my mouth is. I bought a new car and it ain't a honda. Never again!

Right after Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans, I needed a Honda dealership that was still open for business to diagnose / fix a dead battery or alternator problem. Even though their location was also without power ( as were all my closer N.O. area Honda dealers ) and their service center was running on generators, they were able to quickly get me back on the road in such a crucial time to be safely mobile again. Service rep Mindy was so helpful even though she and her fellow employees also were experiencing some of the after affects of the recent powerful storm. Can't thank them enough for their kind and professional assistance!

brought in my car to have them change the wheel bearings on the front wheels.... 2 hours later they tell me it will be almost 1200 bucks plus taxes and shop fees..... of course I told them they were nuts. I picked it up and had it done at Delta World and the total bill parts and labor for both sides was 340..... unless you have money to burn,, go somewhere else
