I always get great service from my advisor! He’s very knowledgeable about what my car needs. I hit a curb this morning and they were so quick to get me in and fix what I broke! Yikes! Highly recommend my Honda dealership!!

Demitri my service guy was fantastic. Very polite. Truly listened to the problems we were having. Explained everything to the tech Dakota and me. Later, Dakota explained what he found and explained in layman's terms what he did and why. Upon completion, Demitri explained everything again. I asked him to look up a couple of things, which he did. And then handed me the key and wished me well. What a great day. Now the bad. The waiting room is very lame. TV was inoperative. Coffee and hot chocolate was free. No other drinks except vending macine. Snacks were also in a vending machine. Rocky Top Jeep has some free granola bars, fruit, and chips. Also a TV that works. Complete with a customer available remote. Honda, you could do better.
