Super nice, helpful, family owned place. We are a long way from home and they saw us right away and checked out our AC problem and gave us peace of mind for the remainder of our trip. I really appreciated how they valued me as a person and helped us out. If I lived here , they would have my business!!!

The customer service here is top notch. I asked them to fix something I was wrong about, they found the real problem and called me immediately. When they had my wheel assembly apart they also replaced some studs that were broken. This only one example of them going above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend.

Gressman is fantastic. I have been taking my car there for 8 years after I was referred to them. They are prompt, courteous and Pat and Amber are the best. I know that they will always be honest and up front and do what they can to save me money.

I loved the lady in charge but the internet says replacement of my brakes should cost around $200, yet I was charged $500 which was $90 more than I was quoted until I talked the greed down to $469. NO I would definitely NOT recommend going to Gressman!!!

Starting home to Illinois from Tucson, AZ with our 5th wheel our engine on the truck gave out in Alamogordo, NM. We had stopped beside rt 70 with the hood up. We had 2 different gentlemen stop to see if they could help. They both said that the best repair shop was just down the road. We were able to drive to Gressman motor and were so glad we did. Turned out that we needed another engine which they were able to have delivered the next morning. Most of the employees were family and are such nice good people! We stayed in our camper on the premises until they were able to get the old motor out and put the new one in. We couldn't had any better service! We were so grateful for everything they did for us. I highly recommend them!

The technicians are professional and knowledgeable on many vehicle types, small cars to to commercial trucks and RVs. They have been in business for over 30 years. I highly recommend them. Located just behind the car wash which they also own.

This is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. They are extremely knowledgeable and tell you the straight truth. They wont try to upsell you on services. If you say you want x, y, and z done then they aren't gonna try to make you do a and b. They will suggest it, but not push it. Source- owner of a 97 f250 powerstroke that needed oil leaks stopped.

The Owners and Staff are fantastic. Professional, Courteous and kind. We brought our Coach in for AC/Heat work. We have a basement unit and most places refuse to work on them. The Staff has us up and running in a timely manner. They coordinated with the Warranty Folks and came in under the estimate. While staying in the Basin/Alamogordo area, I’ll trust no one else with our RV or car for that matter. Update- 15 Jan 2020: Gressman’s to the rescue once more- new issue- The water heater went south without us. JM quickly found the issues, ordered and received the correct parts in a timely manner and stood behind his work, even going above and beyond by following up with us on problem corrections. I’d give Gressman’s 10 stars if they had them.
