I had a wonderful experience with Hometown hybrid. Our mechanic, John, came out the next day after we called and installed our refurbished battery for WAY cheaper than the dealership quote. He was knowledgeable and I enjoyed learning about batteries and their refurbishing process as well.

Everything about Hometown Hybrids is top notch! Jessica responded very quickly when I inquired about their service. John showed up on time and got right to work. He was so nice, professional and was willing to answer any questions. The work was done within an hour and my 2013 Camry Hybrid (bought in 2012) is running fabulous! Using Hometown Hybrids is a no brainer! Don’t look anywhere else. They are prompt, professional and their pricing is so much more affordable than anywhere else. Plus the 5 year warranty for a new battery cannot be matched. The dealership gives 3 years for almost twice the money! I will refer HH to everyone I know. Thank you Hometown Hybrids for giving me peace of mind that my car will be running great for years to come!

Honest and knowledgeable! I called up Hometown Hybrids after my car stalled out in front of a Jiffy Lube after a botched oil change. Jessica helped me figure out what was wrong with my car over the phone and even advocated for me to get the shop to fix their mistake. I ended up not needing an appointment with Hometown Hybrids, but if I ever need to I would call them up. I highly recommend them for any Prius repairs. They are good people!

This is my second time using Homework Hybrids and I can't say enough good things about them. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. Once my part arrived the scheduling was quick and the technician installing the brake actuator was prompt and professional. I've got my resource for hybrid drive batteries now. They come to me and cost less than most other options. Win-win.

Outstanding service!!! I couldn’t recommend Hometown Hybrids more. It was quite daunting and stressful figuring out how to best get my Camry hybrid battery replaced affordably & reliably. Jessica, the owner was so kind and quick to respond. Even helped us out with fast scheduling of the mobile service when we were in a time crunch. Nick, the technician was wonderful! He did fast work, and my car is running better than ever. I am so incredibly thrilled with this service, I want to shout it from the hybrid car rooftops!!!! If you find yourself in need of a hybrid battery replacement, 100% you should go with Hometown Hybrids. It cost me 1/2 of what it would elsewhere and I didn’t even need to leave the house. I was initially impressed by Jessica with her prompt response but then again by John, who came to replace my 2011 Prius hybrid battery. He was on time, proficient, informative, and a really nice guy. John came to the house and swapped my Prius C battery in under an hour. No BS. No broken trim clips (this is a pet peeve of mine). No mess in the car. Good guy to deal with. This is the 2nd Prius I own John worked on for me. Good experience both times.

Karl came to our house and replaced the hybrid battery in our 2011 CT200h. It has worked flawlessly since then. Additionally he tested the regular 12 volt battery and alerted us that it was nearing end of life, so we were able to replace that as well to avoid problems for our younger drivers.

Hometown Hybrids replaced the hybrid battery on my Prius V. I used them 3 years ago for a different vehicle. That car has over 80K miles on the refurbished battery and it’s still going! I’m hoping to get similar results on this latest vehicle as well. These guys really know what they’re doing and their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Jessica was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to my inquiries…even after hours and on weekends. The service to my Prius was perfect. The price was the best. The technician, John, was right on time and very professional. The hybrid battery change-out was fast and successful with zero glitches. The service was performed at my home without the dealership related inconveniences…and in Austin to boot! Car runs perfectly now. I could not be happier!!
