I got a flat tire New Years Eve and I reach out to Holmes Mobile Tire & Battery Service. Marcus answered the phone and was very professional. He asked all the right questions and gave me a great price for a tire and tire. He told me he would get out to me in 20 minutes. He got to me in 10. I couldn't believe it!! He was so friendly and Marcus Had me all fixed up in under 30 minutes!! (And that was with him taking his time and double checking everything) I've already called him for more service. He was a blessing for sure! | HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you breakdown and need mobile service. For sure call Marcus!! He also does in house work. I found this company on Google. Decided to try it out after reading several great reviews. He repaired my tire quickly and efficiently in pouring rain. Prices are fair. Satisfied customer & I definitely recommend!

A piece of metal got stuck in my tire and caused it to go flat overnight. Was in a crunch for time the next morning so I found Holmes Mobile Tire and Battery Service online and called them around 6 AM. By 8AM, I was driving to my destination. Thank you for the great and fast service. A real life saver.

Extremely quick, helpful, and efficient. Super fair prices too. I called around and nobody could beat his time or prices so it was a no brainer. He was honestly a lifesaver and got my bad flat tire with stripped lug nuts off and replaced with one he brought so quick!

This service was amazing. I had originally planned to have AAA take me to a tire shop and I started to drive over but my tire gave out before I got there. Holmes contacted me to determine where I was. He came and put two new tires on my car and it was so fast and professional! so thankful for him and his wife's service! Great great company!

Marcus is the man!! Came out at 2am to change my tire..and as we were driving off a screw from the shoulder of the road stuck in the tire he just changed..smh..but he pulled over with us and plugged the tire. We really appreciate you and your service!!

Marcus is the man!! My car wouldn't start on my lunch break and he came immediately to check on my car. We figured out my starter was shot. I had a friend take me down the road to get a new starter and met Marcus back at my car. He changed it out in the parking lot right there. He saved me a bunch of money and his service was top notch. Marcus was timely in his service and did an excellent job in changing a flat tire. He even plugged the hole that caused the flat so that I didn’t have to use my temporary spare. Very polite. Highly recommend his service. I’m keeping his card in my car in case I need this type of service again.

Excellent professional experience! I needed not one, but two vehicles jumpstarted at my home, a minivan and an SUV, so I called Holmes Towing mad Roadside Assistance as recommended by the Roadside 24/7 app. During the service visit, I was informed of key factors about why my batteries needed jumping. When discussing the issues, I was given references to local businesses to help, and I followed the advice that same day. My cars are running now better than they ever have, and I am now an informed loyal customer. Marcus, the technician, is very knowledgeable, patient, and best of all, open to multiple mechanical possibilities for solutions. To see him solve the different issues with clear expertise was both relieving and admirable. I immediately put him in my favorited contacts for emergencies and recommended him to 2 other ladies I know, as he was notably polite, respectful, and professional during the entire service call, characteristics not seen often enough nowadays. I appreciate the years of experience and intelligent workmanship behind Holmes Towing and Roadside Assistance, and I highly recommend them and will call them first when I need assistance again.

AAA could not guarantee help within a reasonable period of time. The battery was dead and windows were open. Rain predicted for next morning. I called Holmes; they came out in twenty minutes time; diagnosed the problem; installed a new battery and I was good to go. Service was 5 Star in excellence and professionalism! Thank you

Where can I start!! I am a AAA member and needed a tow after waiting almost 3hours and no one ever came. I called Holmes roadside and they were great. They were professional and my wait time was well under 30 minutes. Way to go. I was so pleased with their service. I would definitely call them again.
