Garbage... The oil is cheap and don't bother bringing your own oil they won't change it.... Very poor service and your better of washing your car yourself because the job is done so poorly. I don't understand how this place is still open but then again.... They grab you with the price a lot of people falling on hard times so they're going to be able to take Advantage and get over

If you ever get to this car wash take the cheapest wash. There's no difference in actual work. Didn't even think of spraying with the pressure washer before sending it in to be washed

I recently visited [Hollywood Car Wash], and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. While the staff were friendly and the facilities looked clean, I noticed significant damage to my vehicle after getting it washed. When I returned to inspect my car, I found my license plates framed broken and scratches and scuff marks on the paintwork, which were not present before the wash. I immediately brought it to the attention of the staff, but they seemed dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. The manager was available, and I was told that they would "look into it," but I haven't heard back since. I’m very disappointed with the lack of accountability and the condition of my car after the wash. I won't be returning, and I would advise other customers to be cautious if they care about the condition of their vehicle.

They freaking lost my brand new rubber floor mats during the washing process.All 4! And when I came to the guy managing he started convincing me that they didn't even touch them and if I didn't have those mats in the car after they washed it, it meant that I hadn't had them at all when I entered the car wash!!!! Terrible service!

They were opened on new years!!!!!! I was in Jersey, I couldn't find any open car wash I on new years until I came to Brooklyn. Ty

I come here for car washes and oil changes so I will leave a 5 star rating. 24 hour service and coffee available on most nights. I have an issue with the undercarriage sprinkler that is on the ground how come I didn’t see it go on before my car went over it as I like coming here to get the undercarriage of my car washed.

No one should waste their money by going to them. This is a third class, crappy car wash. They have no claim record and no cleaning, no vacuuming, nothing. I went to them today but I made the biggest mistake of my life by getting my car washed by them. I went to them to get a special car wash from JFK Airport but they charged me $32 for the car wash and the crappy car wash didn't dry the car properly or clean it thoroughly.

Bullshit detailing center if you love your car DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU DO MAKE SURE TAKE OUT ALL THE MATS AND CHECK THE WATER BECAUSE THEY WILL HURRY THINGS AND FLOOD ALL OF YOUR WIRES then they will say you put the water like why would I mess up my own wires

I hadn't been to Hollywood in years since their prices went up but when another Kensington car wash went up to $25 for a basic wash, I decided to give Hollywood a try and got one for $15. They accept credit cards, have a nice waiting area and do a great job. Note: You have to leave the vehicle during the car wash.

Worst team, worst cleaning! Disrespectful staff and bad management is there! Even asking cashier and speaking to manager earlier this car wash people are working at their worst! Their rates are not defining their job! I would take its rating to negative! Their charging for the service is extremely high plus they are charging credit card for exaggerated amount of tax and fee!
