Hogan & Sons were very thorough in inspecting my car. They pointed out repairs that should be done and provided photos of the worn parts that need to be replaced. They did not pressure me to act now.

My experience at Hogan & Sons (HS) was nothing short of fantastic. The transmission on a used vehicle (65K miles) I’d recently bought from a national used car dealership. The extended warranty organization was pushing for a used transmission, but the HS technician let me know that the only used transmission available had 95K miles on it, and recommended I get a new one through the original manufacturer. The HS technician worked with me and the extended warranty organization to make sure we got the right parts for our repair. He kept me informed with frequent calls and voicemails to update me on the status of everything. I’m pleased with their service and would recommend them to a friend.

I showed up for an alignment and also asked if they could check out a small issue I had been having. Turned out it was a big issue and it needed to be fixed. They were very patient with me and talked me through everything. Overall very good service and a very friendly staff.

I am a new regular customer at this place. Muhammad has been so helpful and kind every experience I have had here so far. The prices are also fair and they are very professional in giving honest details about your car’s status. I also appreciate how they let you know maintenance’s our cars might need ahead of time so we can prepare. They also are fast and efficient with car wait times. All around five stars for this business. Even more stars if I could give it! I have had multiple bad experiences at previous Auto places and this is the first one that has been consistent and makes me feel comfortable. -Casey

I had a terrific experience at Hogan’s. I came in late at around 5 o’clock. Mohammed was friendly there to greet me and he was able to install two tires on my 2004 Towncar at a very fair pricie. Connor did the installation and when the job was completed, he drove it out to me. I asked several questions which he answered in a polite, professional manner. I highly recommend Hogan for all of your automotive needs, especially for tires, balancing, rotation, alignment. You’re guaranteed at Hogan’s to receive superior customer service.
