Omg I took my car because it was leaking oil and they charge me $1667.00 and when I took it home it was still leaking I took it back and they were rude to my husband made him wait there all day and they did not know what was wrong don’t take your car there they are not good mechanics

Very very good price for a new tires The owner very friendly and very helpful .. at this time inflation is very hard to find a good reputable store without getting rob .. but hey now this store is my list for my tires change

Well how can I start off , I came in to H.O.Tires looking just for a quote . I was greated by Marlen . She did an amazing job by showing different options and helping me find the right tire set for me aswell gave me a really good deal I couldnt pass. By far I can say ill be back to H.O.Tires for any of my vehicle needs overall I had an amazing experience with all staff.

I came in desperately needing a pair of tires. I had made the rounds & hit a few tire shops looking for a stop gap until I had time to actually get a new full set of tires. Everyone I visited was either too busy or were more interested in the upsell than the pressing needs I came in with. That was my morning until I stopped by H.O. Tires and Wheels. Marlen met me as soon as I walked in & extended a warm greeting & asked how she could help me. I told her my dilemma & she did everything she could possibly do to address my tire issues. I can tell you that she has provided me with the best customer service & by far surpassed all of my expectations. She took care of my tire needs & in the process convinced me to come back here for all my future tire & wheel needs. Thank you Marlen for being such a rock star in what you do!! You made my day & did it all within the budget constraints that I had to work with. Are you in need of tires or wheels? Go see Marlen first before you buy anywhere else!! Trust me on that!!

One of the front desk girl’s needs training on how to reply to customers. “I don’t know why our machine couldn’t pick up your vehicle [for the alignment]” isn’t what you’d want to tell the customer. I believe the gentleman who informed me about your alignment machine not working right is the owner and knows how to answer/speak to/reply to customers in a right manner. Perhaps spend some time interning with him?

Hello, everyone I highly recommend HO Tires shop to everyone they are friendly, helpful and even made me understand what was wrong with my van they fixed my dodge caravan I got a replacement engine and other parts as well. This is my to go place now. they also fixed my a/c and my window as well very helpful. I'm thankful that our primo showed me and my mom this shop

I took my car to get aliment and they didn't fixed, they made me spent 900.00 dollars in parts and 700.00 I labor and they didn't.fixed, I do not recommend this place

Look out they are quick to take you're money.took it in for tires and alignment. when it came down to the alignment they did it. after they where done they tell my a have bad ball joints cv axle etc. so i asked them why do the alignment if the parts are bad. they reply cause you asked for it. i tell them you guy's don't you let your customers know ahead of time. they say no. long story i take off truck pull hard to right and the sterring wheel was side ways. took elsewhere to get a second opinion they got it done and had no problems or bad parts.look out they are quick to take your mo ey

I went in for a tire alight these big tire shops wanted me to do all kinds of work before the even align it. They told me they will align it best they can and recommend what work needs to be done. So they align it and let me know my upper and lower tie rods where bad and a safety concern and needed to changed and then said next step to do these and this will help align the truck better. Great people gave me a fair price.

2:30 para cambiar dos llantas el compa que estaba metió la troca y imagine que alguien más lo hiba hacer ya que el estaba sentado después de una hora se fue a cambiarlas el mismo, se mira bien el lugar por eso fui ahí para no lidiar con cosas y terminé enfadado, aique tener respeto por el tiempo de los demás

Excellent service, best prices in town. My alignment was custom, Enrique did meet my custom specifications, got it dialed to my total sastisfaction. Bought tires and they did my alignment. Definitely always a good experience, thats why I have been a returning costumer for more than 10 years.

I've been coming here for a while so far good service, until one day I came in for alignment, I had left a deposit so I could come and get it fixed. Without my knowledge they ordered 4 wheels without my consent, mind you the day after I had came in. They still charged me $100 for "wheel return fee" and I asked them why, when I only wanted alignment done, they kept repeating the wheel return fee and that nothing could be done about it.
