Front desk lady was very courteous and friendly. I love that they don't try to upsell you with new wipers, oil changes, etc. Mechanics were nice and knowledgeable. Abd they had my car ready quickly < can't beat that. My sister recommended them to me a few years ago and now I recommend them to others

I require proper communication from a mechanic shop because I hate sticker shock when picking up the vehicle. Brent and his staff excel in the art of good communication. They provide good descriptions of work needed and possible charges. They are quick to call if something changes or when more problems are found. Everything is explained up front. Thanks guys!

Nice and helpful receptionist! Need a brake job but the mechanics didn't act like it was the end of the world and exaggerate the seriousness. I like that most of their work is warrantee and that they honor their word

Great friendly people. Had a repair done almost a year ago. It had a year warranty. 2 weeks shy of a year and it needed fixing again. Without any questions they stood by their work and fixed it again.

Brent was referred to me about 8 years ago by a family friend who attended church with him. Since that time Brent has maintained all our company vehicles, my personal vehicles and much of my extended family including many friends. He is honest and does work for a reasonable price. He has many years of prior knowledge working as a master mechanic for dealers. He really knows his stuff. This is his shop and I've seen him work very hard to make it a great one. I would not hesitate to refer him and his company. I look back over the years and many times he has consistently fixed and repaired all sorts of vehicle issues. Had a problem finding exactly what was the issue with my 95 Honda & getting various reasons from other shops.... Brent & his team narrowed down the problem gave me a solution... This. Company is very honest and trustworthy... I almost don't even think they charged enough for the hours they spent diagnosing the problem! I emphatically recommend this company!

Brent and his technicians always take care of me anytime I need my car serviced. I know that I will always get a low reasonable price on anything I need and it is reassuring to know that everyone working there has many years of experience to quickly diagnose any problem. They also do NC inspections.
