This guy is a scammer. He rips people off. I wish I can report him. People don’t realize he’s scamming them. Avoid this place and safe your life. He will try to fix what is not broken and charge you outrageously . Thanks I noticed the signs and took my car elsewhere.

The entire experience was extremely pleasant! They were able to turn a challenging car problem and bad situation into such a wonderful experience. I had my car towed to the outside of their building after hours one night after hours based solely on their ratings and reviews. The mechanics proved to be very knowledgeable and direct by taking the time to explain the issue with my car and exactly what would have caused the problem. Joy in the front office was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process as she explained the different repair options available. I 100% understand why they are so highly rated and strongly recommend them to anybody looking for a trustworthy auto repair shop.

I have brought my 2011 Subaru Outback here for various maintenance needs. They always fix the issue at a reasonable cost. But the most recent visit, when I brought my car in because the driver's side window stopped going up/down, the team really impressed me with their honesty. Rather than charge me for a new motor + regulator + labor, they were able to just reattach the window and replace the worn-out glue. So they saved me quite a bit of money and went above and beyond to do so. I am very thankful to the team and will continue bringing my Ruby the Subie here.

Lady Hinga is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I went in for an inspection. They did it and also offered complementary suggestions on things I needed fixed, without being pushy. She explained things so that I was able to understand. I will be going back

Nothing in there advertisement was accomplished with me and my experience I literally paid 90$ for the car to come out unfixed. I truly feel advertisement should not be allowed "false information" America is home of lies from all businesses

Great customer service! We got stranded in Dallas and they came to our aid and helped us out! Highly recommended this shop! They work on all cars except for electric cars! They also do oil changes and inspections.

Had to have our car towed here for what we thought was a minor issue. Turned out to be a huge problem. Joyce was a delight to work with over the phone. Very informative. Communication was beyond expectations. Ultimately the insurance company had to total the car and the only fees to the shop were the diagnostic that the insurance company covered. Cobalt showed up without notice to pick up the car and I got a call immediately asking about items in the car. Joyce made sure all personal items were removed before the tow and held them until we were able to pick up. We do not live locally, but if we ever needed work done in this area I would not hesitate for even a moment to give them my business.

We've had good experiences with my Mazda 3. They had trouble finding a part to fix the transmission but they kept us informed. I've had my car in there 3 times now and had an engine mount replaced, some work on the brakes, transmission repair, my horn wasn't working. They did a great job. No complaints.

I’ve been trying to look for a good mechanic shop for some time now, and I found it, Hingas did an amazing gob tuning my truck and making it run nice and smooth, keeping me always informed and giving me suggestions, they also fixed my rack and pinion and my brake rotors, I would have thought this would take at least two days and they had it all fixed and ready the next day and driving perfect, I highly recommend them. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and a great price for the great job they do. Hingas will be my to go mechanic shop
