The lady was nice and helpful other than that workers were rude and damaged 2 of my wheels while installing tires. Stay away if you don't want your wheels damaged. These guys obviously don't care about their work.

This place is rip off once they know you need the tires, I got the price on Facebook Marketplace amd they agree to sell me a pair of tires for $200, when I got there, the worker said it sold and have another same pair for $350, what a bad business, wouldn't recommend.

We have been using these folks for several years. They always take care of us. They are stand up guys who go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. Good prices and awesome service. Headed to PDX. Hit something on hwy26 slashed front tire. Insurance roadside tow truck to closed shop. I googled for tire shops open Sunday in Hillsboro. Thank the universe this business was open. Great tire, great price, great team!!!! Had me off and running in no time. They'll always have a customer and a fan. Thank you from Pacific Taxi Services.

I bought 2 used tires from them to find later that day by Discount Tire there was a screw on one, and a nail in the other. He absolutely knew and pretended they were fine. Stay away.

I bought a set of used tires, and the next day one of them was flat with a puncture. I had only driven from the shop to home, maybe the puncture was already there, maybe not. I brought my car back, and Ramon plugged the leak. I got on the highway, and my car was vibrating a scary amount. I had to stop on at another shop on my way, and they said my tires were really out of balance. I was told they were balanced when the tires were put on, but this other shop had to balance them for me.

Fast service in replacing a blown tire...no waiting which was great for me... Kind of expensive to purchase a used - not new - tire for a sedan 225x60x16, paid $50 because I needed it fast, but I found a few weeks ago someplace else, same tire size for $30-35... my mistake I didn't took the previous offer at the other tire shop...

I just came from them. They are like scam.I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at this tire shop. Initially, I was verbally quoted $60 to change three tires. After waiting for the service to be completed, they suddenly asked for $80. This bait-and-switch tactic is highly unprofessional and reeks of a scam. It's clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction or honesty. I won't be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs.

Ramon was absolutely amazing! I lost tread on my tire because of what Ramon told me was ultimately bad alignment. With old worn tires and and AWD Subaru, I needed to replace all four of my tires in a pinch and a smaller budget. He was responsive, accommodating, and helpful and was able to get me in and out quick, under a half hour with no wait! I've waited for hours at big tire shops before and this was great. Thanks again Ramon!

Ramone is good, humble and so helpful. Thought I needed a patch/plug because my low tire pressure light came on and I found a piece of metal in tread that looked like a puncture. He took off my tire, pulled the little piece out and determined it was benign. Checked all my tires pressure, put air in them and refused any payment or even a tip. 10/10 would recommend and will visit next time I need tire service. Yeah I just needed some air I'm my tires lol.

The gentleman there was quick, knowledgeable and sold me some used tires for an incredible price. He gave me an accurate quote within 20 seconds of speaking on the phone! The process took less than an hour, and I didn't have to wait around. I shopped around and this was the best price on used tires. He said that he could get new tires in a DAY if I wanted to, which is a super quick turn around. I recommend this shop as a local source for used and new tires at a VERY competitive price and excellent customer service.
