I met with Austin and Chris recently as I am a vendor of theirs already - but today found myself being a customer as well. I’ve been in the facility many times and have seen how well they treat their customers and being a vendor on the “back end” get to see how the real business side of this place works. I was making calls in the area and noticed an oil smell and light smoke of oil burning off the exhaust. I went in to see Austin and they got me in almost right away. It turned out to be a very simple repair but now I know, firsthand, that the services I have seen them offering before are consistent and fair. If you need anything car related; tires, oil changes, brakes, alignment - whatever, this is absolutely the place to go!

Hilliard Automotive's honesty really won me over today..they let me know I didn't actually need the $1,500 in repairs that were suggested by AAA. All I needed were my rotors and breaks, which they replaced for under $400! Not only were they looking out for my best interest, but they also worked efficiently and effectively. I will definitely be back! :)

I came here after being ripped off from another repair shop. When I came in I spoke to Chris and he explained everything clearly. They have been extremely communicative, honest, and helpful (and half the price of the other shop). They got my car fixed quickly, and it's working great. Amazing quality, price, and service, I'll be coming back.

We’ve been using Hilliard for all our cars for 20+ years. They are outstanding not only with their responsiveness but also their willingness to explain to you in understandable plain English your situation. They are proactive, but not to the point of needless costs, they give recommendations and then leave it to you to decide. We’ve never questioned their judgement nor their pricing. I hope they stay in business until my grandchildren can see the benefit to how they treat not only the cars they service, but the customers most importantly. Why am I posting a photo of my new Corolla because due to keeping up with regular maintenance and an auto mechanical virtuoso, after 1 million miles on my 2004 Corolla, I was able to purchase the new one, CA$H! Randy and of course his crew, including Mike, an honest man of unquestionable integrity and passion for what he does, Their word is their bond. One of the best things that happened to me was walking into their shop, 25 years ago. Thank you Randy. Thank you Mike.

After going to several other places in the area I was pleasantly surprised to hear someone do it for an affordable price ( brakes change : pads rotor cylinder and drum).They actually came in under price near 400 dollars what I was quoted elsewhere. The service is fast and friendly and I felt like I wasn't being taken advantage of or price gouged because of my limited knowledge. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles here from now on. I waited a few weeks from my service date for this review and everything is running smoothly.

This is the ONLY place I will take my Lexus. Not only are they knowledgeable and are used to the brand, they are so kind, and really go out of their way to look out for the customer. A few times back, there was a part I needed and he could have easily charged me double the price… bc it was a Lexus part… he found out that a Toyota part would fit just as well, and charged me much less. I appreciated that so much… and they always do a phenomenal job on my car. I’m so happy and grateful I found them!

I dealt with mike through my whole experience at Hilliard Automotive. This business is five stars on all facets of how a business should be run. A+ in customer service, knowledgeability, car repair, and communication. Mike shot straight with me tho whole time. No gimmicks or “headlight fluid” nonsense. I needed a new clutch, and they did just that for a a fair price. If you’re looking for a go-to auto mechanic, Hilliard is 100% my recommendation. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else unless I absolutely have to.

I took my car here for a failed thermostat / temp sensor on the recommendation of a friend. They did a great job at a fair price. Most importantly they worked to squeeze me in quickly so I could get back on the road.

Unbelievably honest. I went in for an inspection and brake job before a long trip. Mike inspected everything and only did what was necessary. He could have easily done more and charged an arm and a leg. My family will continue to go to Hilliards for all of our vehicle needs.
