Good luck if you decide to bring your car here. They’ve had my car for 3 weeks for a simple radio replacement. They do not communicate with you at all. When you call to get an update they ask who is your advisor, then they send you to a voicemail where they never call you back. I was told my radio was going to arrive on 11/5 - on 11/7 I called thinking my car was completed to be told they don’t even know where my radio is. It was suppose to be in Orlando but they could not confirm that. I was told I had to wait another week for my radio to be shipped putting me out to 11/12. My car was given to Nissan on 10/23.

I had an appointment at 1:30 on 9/6. I got there around 1:10 to hopefully get out of there a little earlier. Nope big mistake, I had a seat and waited around till 2:05. I decided to go and check if my vehicle was almost done. My vehicle was still outside. They hadn’t even started on it yet. I asked my advisor Joshua for the keys, I told him I had to go and he told me if I wanted to wait around my car was next. WHAT…. So he wanted me to wait around another hour to get an oil change. No thank you , I went to Walmart and it took them an hour to get it done. Don’t recommend anyone getting there oil change there.

I would like to give Kudos to both my Service Advisor Joey Barone and Service Manager Joe Colon. I had to bring in my car for service, due to it having severe mechanical issues. Joe Colon and Joey Barone made the experience very pleasant considering how unpleasant I was feeling due to my vehicle not performing at peak level. Joe Colon the service manager was able to give me a rental until my vehicle was repaired. I felt like I was treated like family and they both were helpful, friendly, and very professional. I feel that the commitment to caring on both gentlemen was topnotch. Very one that I have dealt with in Hills Nissan have been friendly, caring and helpful.

It was the worst dealership I ever bought a car from . They mislead me, telling me the radio had to just be reprogrammed. After going there and signing the paperwork they told the radio needs to be replaced, and it will take 90 days. When I call to ask about it they now told me not until October or November. The finance manager , Norm, called for some info from us and called myself and my wife by different name not once, but several times. When signing the paperwork my wife told Norm her last name was misspelled and he said he was correcting it, yet the registration has her name still misspelled.
