Had a wonderful experience with sales associate Vepkhvia Beridze. I purchased a certified used Honda Passport. It wasn’t originally the car I was looking for, but he was so well versed in speaking about this car he truly “sold” me on it. Went over every single feature in the car I was just totally impressed. Didn’t try to upsell me and was just a true pleasure to work with.

Went out of our way shop with this dealership, passing up several other Honda locations. We did most of the transaction online and I wasn't super impressed with the customer service of our salesperson and second guessed our purchase when I overheard another customer having issues with the service department while we were waiting for things to be finalized however I really wanted the color of the passport that they had so we continued. It was a brand-new vehicle so I didn't anticipate any issues. A few weeks after purchasing my husband noticed paint peeling by taillights. We drove again from Bulverde to have the service department take a look. We were told that it would take a little bit to get an answer back from Honda about fixing the problem. Honda agreed to the re-paint...Long story short we had to call in CONSTANTLY with being told that we would receive a call back and then would never receive a call. This went on for about 3 months before my husband contacted another local Honda dealership that not only took care of the problem and re-painted the vehicle but gave us a loaner car as well. Wish I would have listened to my instincts and made my purchase elsewhere.

Bought our van here and had a great experience. Came back to look for a truck. Was rushed into a used one and ended up backing out. Communication was poor, was the main reason we backed out but took a major credit hit because they checked so many banks to try to get the price we wanted. Was such a bad experience we found a new place to service our vehicles.

I bought my 22’ accord w warranty in October 24’ here we are in January 25’ with the headlight and taillight needing to be replaced for almost $3k due to water getting in the headlight how did that happen is probably due to the low quality build of this make, I wish I would’ve took my money to Toyota and got a Camry only 44k miles on car, Edit: they tired to charge me a $90 fee for inspection of the car they told me nothing about this fee until they were holding my key upon pick up, I did not pay it. Updated I pulled the original headlight I bought the car with to find out the headlight is cracked.

I purchased a Honda Pilot from Hill Country Honda in December and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I originally went to another dealership and found what I wanted, but they were not willing to negotiate. I emailed an inquiry to Hill Country Honda and they came back with a price that I felt was very fair. When I visited HCH, I met with VEPO. Before I test drove the car, he educated me on the functionality of the car and I could tell he was very familiar with the vehicle. After the sale, the car was delivered to my home and Vepo called to make sure I was happy. He literally called me every week for the first month to see how things were going with the vehicle and if I had any questions or concerns. Hopefully I won’t be in the market for another car anytime soon, but if I am I would visit HCH and Vepo. He gives outstanding customer support!!

I had to change the windshield. Daniel was accommodating in coordinating with my insurance and getting set up so that I had everything taken care of in one visit. For my other visit, I went to fix an open recall. I was out of there in under 2 hours. The lounge was comfy and the work they did was prompt. I was attended by Zach, he was clear with instructions and quick.
